From the moment my son and I walked in the door and were greeted by Matt, we knew we were dealing with an absolute professional! Mattâs clean and stylish look coupled with his expert knowledge and impeccable soft skills set everything in motion for a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. We told Matt what we were looking for and the master consultant went to work pulling together a complete look that made my son feel like a celebrity. During the one hour that we we were in the store, Matt kept the conversation flowing and the smiles going! We laughed and reflected and I even got emotional as I saw my son in his outfit that he could have worn on the red carpet. This was perhaps the best shopping experience that I have ever had. Period. I would like to thank Matt and the entire crew for being part of this precious father and son moment.
Updated from my purchase on 6/5/23. This time it was my turn to buy a suit. Naturally, I chose my favorite place. When I make any kind of a larger purchase, I want to feel good about it. Iâm a regular Joe, but I enjoy feeling a bit pampered. Devon (sales associate) and Nick (general manager) put on the white gloves for me once again. I immediately went back in my mind to all of my previous purchases from this particular location. Even before Devon placed on my shoulders what would become the jacket for my ensemble, I felt like a king.
Suffice it to say that by the time my suit was ready to be picked up after being expertly tailored (in record time by the wayâŚthanks fellas đ), it was perfect. The style, fit, quality, and price just hit!
My loyalty to this store hinges on the total experience (and of course vast array of high-quality styles) that the staff so impeccably provides each time. See you soon guys!
Update 1/28/24 Devon and the crew again lined up my son with a show-stopping ensemble that set off his winter formal. Devonâs keen sense of style and unparalleled customer service afforded my boy another five-star experience. The trust that we have in this Menâs Wearhouse is earned each time we walk through those doors!!
Update mid-April 2024 My son and I returned to the store to rent a tux for his final high school formal đ˘. I requested Devon again because he helped us so many times in the past and heâs top-notch. With Devon at the controls, my son and I just sat back and watched the master go to work. With very little parameters given by us to Devon, he created yet another signature look for my boy.    Read moreHorrible customer service. The groomsmen all went here for our tuxedos. We were supposed to have red bow ties, vests and pocket square. The father of the bride was to have red tie, red vest and white square. Groomsmen all got red ties, black vests and one didnât get a square. The groom also got a black vest. Father of the bride got black vest and no square. The groom called and they said they would give the groomsmen 50% back due to their error. When I went for my final fitting the shirt was too short and the jacket was too tight. They ordered another jacket and gave me another shirt. When I went to give my shirt a quick ironing, I got the worst odor of armpits. I stopped ironing and smelled the shirt and it totally smelled like armpits. I called them as soon as they opened and they said they would get me another shirt. But they never once apologized for anything. When we showed up separately, they told us they werenât gonna do the discounts anymore. Instead they âMightâ just give the groom the 50% back. When I started telling the employee about everything they had messed up, he just started walking away from me. He had told me he needed to go to the rear to give me a receipt when I first walked in but I believe he was unprofessional to turn his back on me while I explained everything that they put us through. I said âYouâre Going to Turn Your Back On Me?â. His response was a very sarcastic âI Told You I Needed To Go To TheBackâ. I told them to stick the 50% up their a$$ and walked out. They make you feel like theyâre doing you a favor by renting you a tux. I will never go here and will tell anyone I know to share my experience with anyone thinking about giving this place business. They think theyâre a high end store but have low end employees. Donât waste your time or money...
