Employee hit my car. I visited Olive Garden on September 9th at around 3 PM. After finishing my meal about an hour later, I had noticed that my car had been damaged by a silver truck parked next to it. My car’s white glittery paint was peeling off on the silver truck, and my passenger door could no longer open right. When I went back inside to discuss the issue, an employee named Cristiano who was interested and on stand by for my conversation with the manager voluntarily identified the vehicle and license plate before I had even finished describing it. He offered to walk outside with us to see the damage. Cristiano at first denied responsibility but later gave me his insurance information and apologized repeatedly. Despite this he continues to deny fault, leaving me responsible for $1,000 in repair costs. Management comped my meal, which does not begin to cover the financial or emotional frustration caused by this situation. I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability from both the employee and Olive Garden. I’m sharing this in hopes that the company takes steps to make sure incidents like this are handled with greater professionalism and responsibility and that Olive Garden is willing to take accountability on behalf of its employees when necessary.

Our first time here and a VERY long time at an Olive Garden. We were excited to use our Gift Cards to do the all you can eat breadsticks, salad and soup for lunch! Food was great as always. We never saw the electronic touch screens at the tables before and the hostess seated us giving the menus and that was it. We were confused as to 'should we order off the touch screen or is someone coming'? A server showed up he took our drink orders and came back for our food orders and refills when needed. At the end I asked for boxes to take home some bread sticks and what the kids didn't eat, he gave us a small black container that could barely fit the mac n cheese noodles so we wrapped up the breadsticks in a napkin. We walked past a table that didn't take their mints and realized we never got any, on our way out I asked that server if we can please have some mints before we go. Everytime we go out, we always tip 20% from the check regardless of service since a lot of times that is that server's or the whole team's paychecks for the week. Maybe next we'll try Red Lobster even though they are owned by the same company! ;)

Dinner is always good but services can all ways be better. They are way busy and under staffed. I got my drink when we checked in then a refill after they brought our order to the table. I was not even 8 minutes into my meal and my glass was empty. Our waiter passed buy a few time but never once offered to refill our glasses. Then 25 min later and my plate is cold with not even half eaten due to not having any drinks to wash down dinner. He looks over when handing me the bill would you like a box? No I replied , I'd like a refill on our drinks so I can finish my cold dinner. Not to happy, hey waiter I measure you service by how my glass is kept filled not off the food you've served ne and then leave me high and dry untill it's time to settle up for the bill. Guess what my 89.00 dinner we had your getting a 6.00 tip and that's because my wife is giving me a look that she is going to kill me.. so that's me being generous. if my drinks were filled you would have gotten a 27% tip.. so how that for gratuity? My daughter says talk to the hand she was happy. Next time keep our glasses full.

So I took my mom here for her 50th birthday and we sat down and ordered after waiting 15 minutes to get seated and we continue to sit there for about 4550 minutes waiting for our order and nothing ever came. Our waitress had passed us like15 to 20 times And didn’t come back to the table and when she finally did, I then ordered another drink and asked about the food, and she told us that they accidentally gave the food to the wrong table which were waiting so long because my mother has a seafood allergies so we had to make sure that was handled a certain way and so it’s weird to think that my mother could’ve died at this restaurant today if they had given us the wrong order now, on top of that, after waiting two hours for the food to finally come because at this point the general manager, Tom came to speak with me and told me he would take care of my whole order and then left and you know we’re sitting at two hours the waitress comes by and hand me a receipt for 46 something and it goes from. He was going to take care of my order to me paying for service cold food and a horrible atmosphere in which I could not get my mother to enjoy her birthday and I’m not sure what type of food service they think they are at this restaurant, but I don’t know any restaurant that does not do something or help the customer , after all that they put the customer through for their fault in their crew having the issues that they’re having I’ve been in every field in the workforce from fast food to mental and behavioral and medical health. I am currently a registered behavioral health tech specialist and can tell you in any field that I’ve ever been in Weather. I was a shift manager for dominoes and McDonald’s to working at Longhorn steakhouse Chili’s and yes Olive Garden have never seen a such failure in the restaurant industry the fact that their waitress didn’t come back and check on the table or try to put any special attention to the order knowing that it was something with a seafood allergy that could kill my mother in this very restaurant is shocking to me and I would like to put her name in this review I believe ultimately as I’ve learned in every field in this workforce especially here in Tucson Arizona is that it always lands on the general managers head so I am sorry, but you executed this very poorly, and I will be leaving a review on the Better Business Bureau site as well and Pima county, food and health because obviously the instructions and preparation of the kitchen or not paying attention to what is being taken out. This could’ve killed someone and I promise you you would’ve lost any license to sell food in this state. I would’ve sued you if my mother died from getting a plate that has been touched by the The food that we had been told would not be surfed to us or to anyone else so the fact that they could switch our food like they did today is crazy. It’s just a good thing that they accidentally took that out to someone else as well to be honest, I probably shouldn’t have paid but I’m not that type of person because of all the industries I’ve been in, so if I am someone reading this review, please stay away from this restaurant. Please take your mother brother Uncle sister whoever it is that’s having a special event to somewhere like Longhorn steakhouse Tiki across town on the southside or do a place like Chili’s or something because this Olive Garden is definitely not where it should be and in the ranks, I feel it should be...

Warning! Honest review and experience. Be alert this may not be pretty. However it was how our experience went. I really didn't want to write this, but it's necessary.

Went for the first time in 13 years with my husband for our 10 year anniversary, we were so excited and anxious to try their food again. I ordered Chicken marsala fettuccine, and my husband ordered the Chicken Parmagiana.. We ordered take out. When we arrived home to eat our food. Salad was old in many areas of our boxes. Many bad pieces of lettuce inside there. We picked about half of what was in that salad box out. The box mainly consisted of ice burg lettuce, maybe a tiny pinch of both carrots, purple cabbage, and a lot of super sour old purple onions with one yellow pepper. When we opened the box all we could smell was the super old onions leaving a sour awful smell. When my husband began eating his Chicken Parmagiana. His Chicken Parmagiana was so stiff. He had the hardest time trying to cut and bite into it. He said the flavor was off and it tasted super old. He said it didn't taste quite right or freshly made. Next morning he was sick vomiting and with stomach issues. He still went to work like that. We went there for our 10 yr anniversary together. Boy are we regretful of this decision. What was supposed to be a romantic night turned into a night of stomach cramps and a morning/full day, full of vomiting and sickness.😵 We plan on never returning. Lesson learned. Thanks Olive Garden! 👏👍

P. S. We really don't want a remake. We don't want to have a repeat.. This review is an honest experience we had. No filters. Just honesty. My chicken Marsala was sour and the noodles were undercooked. Even the bread sticks were undercooked! I would not have written a review if my husband hadn't gotten so sick and his chicken weren't practically as stiff as a hockey puck..I wanted to call management and he said "forget it, it doesn't matter." However quality and making people sick should be heard and taken seriously. It was really sad seeing him go through that on our 10 year anniversary together, especially after seeing his excitement to retry your Chicken Parmagiana. It's all he's been talking about for years. When we finally went. This...

First time going to this Olive Garden location and not the best service. As we walked in we right away got seated since they had no wait time and it was a party of two. Everything was okay until at the beginning but it took server 5 minutes just to come and ask us what we would like to drink and right away taking away our wine glass without asking if we would like a sample. I'm thinking to myself like WTH from what I know that's the first thing they ask and nope it wasn't that way this time around. We got our salad right away but server never asked if we wanted more and just came and grabbed the salad bowl once she saw it was empty. I t was already strike two of me being disappointed. A few minutes later she came out with our pasta and salmone. We only had around 5-8 minutes eating our entree when she came and asked if we needed boxes if we are not even finished eating. At that point I felt rushed and not liking the service I was receiving. I said it was fine for her to bring the boxes but we would continue to eat and have them handy just in case we needed them. Right when she brought them out she gave us our check and said thank you for coming. I didn't know I was only allowed 10 minutes to enjoy my meal. I paid through the touch screen machine and she kept on looking towards our table and at the front counter computer. I don't know why we were receiving this weird stare from her... I thought to myself maybe she will bring chocolate mints but NOPE that was not the case. I did the 7 question questianore and asked truthfully of how I felt. I don't know if they are able to read them right away but as we are walking out from the restaurant and our waitress is at the front desk with the hostess she gives us the mean look and doesn't say thank you or good night. I just say good night to everyone who's there and thank you to the host who opens the door for us. Maybe she thought we weren't dress properly or something because kept on looking at us because we had our soccer clothes on with sandals.. I believe I could go out and enjoy dinner dressed however I would like and still receive the same service as other were at that moment. Thanks for my 30...
