I would give zero stars as a newer Update. They saw my review and texted my number. They harassed me and then promised a refund to my mom when I replied. They lied. They haven’t refunded my mom but only said it so I would remove this review. They told me to take it down cause they want a good start with a new owner but lying to get to a review taken down is a whole new level. This is not a place you can trust. I really don’t recommend this salon. They lie to clients and don’t follow their word on something. They let go of their best nail tech Jenny. They are off to a bad start after this entire service I have experienced. So I am sharing this to prepare you if you decide to go here. Recently made a post on yelp with two stars. Update: 1 star. My mom and I got our nails done on 12/15. I got tips with dip powder. Right from the start it went bad to worse. When she put the tips on one popped off and she didn’t put more glue on. She just stuck it back on with the dried glue. She also just cut my nails short and that was it. She didn’t file them properly. She didn’t prep them at all. One nail was crooked so she filed it till looked like it was even. When she was done with the dip powder to buff out the dip to smooth it out it wasn’t smoothed out. When I went to get my pedicure I noticed they were not smoothed out at all. There were bumps. I didn’t say anything cause I’m too nice and they were already on to my pedicure. Well she didn’t cure my pedicure long enough. She also rushed both my mani and pedi. Let’s fast forward to less than a week later, literally like 4 or 5 days. The one nail that I mentioned earlier snapped off. We paid 60 for the dip and 50 for the gel pedicure. We also tipped 30 dollars cause it was Christmas. Yet I had to get them redone at another nail salon for 55 cause they don’t fix nails done by somewhere else. I was out of town for Christmas and New years. Next day the gel polish on my toe nails started to peel off in one single piece. The polish started to lift up towards the cuticle. I spoke to someone at the salon and they were willing to fix it all for free. I requested to just get all gel. So my appointment was on 1/13. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon twice in a row of coming there. I had to get the same nail tech Theresa I believe. She did the same thing she did before except instead of buffing the top coat and using polish remover she used the drill only. I never saw my nails look so raw. I was ready to walk out but gave her the benefit of the doubt. She then started to do my nails and didn’t prep them properly. She did not do my cuticles which I was told that they do cuticles for gel polish manicures. She said, ā€œI used the machineā€. Let it go and went to get the pedicure and omgee.. she used the drill again only to get the polish off. It burned and I told her it did. She kept going. She didn’t even give me a pedicure. She rinsed my feet and that was it. She didn’t do my cuticles again and my toes have thick cuticles. She didn’t push them back either. She told me cause my nails didn’t last when she did them the 15th she wasn’t going to do a pedicure. She just put the polish on. At that point I wanted to walk out but it was free so I just let her finish the pedicure. She didn’t cure them for long again. She made it out to be my fault for her doing a bad job. Today it’s 1/15. Two days go by and my polish is starting to lift off my nails. Both hands and feet. I do NOT recommend this salon. Yes I got a second set for free but if done right this wouldn’t have had to happen at all. I used to do my own and it would last a month. I say it again, it was the worst service I’ve ever received both times with the same nail tech. I paid about 200 bucks for my nails throughout this whole experience. I’m also disabled so it’s gotten hard for me to do my own. I also just moved out here and it was the 1st salon my mom and I went to.

I went to this place for the first time today and I called ahead to schedule a fill and a French tip. I was quoted 35$ over the phone. When I got there I was told it would be 40$ so I tried to pick a color out instead as I brought 35$ as I was quoted they eventually said they would be able to do 35$ as I was quoted but could not cover up the very distinct fill in lines that were present so again I had to try to pick a color(there wasn't very many options) I picked a color and was just trying to get it over with. I would have gave less stars but they were very very kind when they couldn't do the French tip and I could tell they were trying to make it right! The gel polish had consist bumps and bubbles that she tried very hard to fix. I think they did try their very best but ultimately I was sad my usual nail place was closed an I needed my nails fixed asap due to my job. I do love the sticker that was added and it definitely made these nails much more attractive then the plain natural pink.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! I walked in after a busy morning with no appointment and they were able to accommodate me right away for a mani-pedi. The staff are incredibly friendly, interactive, kind, and funny, making it a fun and enjoyable experience. Kim did a wonderful job with my pedicure and I apologize for my gross feet picture, I normally don’t take pictures of my feet but her artwork was worth posting! Lucy was very thorough with my acrylic nails I was very impressed. I normally air on the side of caution telling people to do anything because I was not prepared to get my nails done at all today but I did not regret this! She told me her vision and I automatically fell in love, I mean the nails speak for themselves! I haven’t had such a great time at a salon in a long while! I’ll definitely...
