Five Guys — Restaurant in Tucson

I don't go here super often but I came in a week or so ago and I was pretty shocked by the behavior of one of the employees. This fairly tall guy, I think his name was Caden or something close to that, had such an inappropriate and horrible attitude. I could audibly hear him saying some disrespectful stuff about another customer and was completely floored he was being so loud and cavalier about it. If I could hear it I'm sure other customers could. On top of that he seemed to be "flirting" with one of the female coworkers, I didn't hear exactly what he said but it seemed to definitely be inappropriate for the workplace, the poor girl looked visibly uncomfortable. This guy has a visibly bad attitude and seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. If one of these girls reports him to management and nothing happens there is going to be a hefty payout when it goes to court. Frankly it's shocking that management has even employed someone like this because he seems to be creating a hostile work environment. I also watched him touch his face and then go right back to handling food. Made me pretty nauseous...but thankfully I don't think he handled my food. There's really no excuse for his behavior. I definitely wouldn't want my daughter working...

Stopped in for a late dinner tonight, plus this was my first time at this location. The customer service was outstanding. They welcomed my big ol' 176 pound service dog, Buddy with open arms. Both me and Buddy were greeted as soon as we stepped in the door. Everyone had smiles on their faces and you could tell they truly enjoyed their jobs. I immediately felt like family. They took my order and got right to work. My food was done by the time I was finished being my drink made. It was a to-go order but the food was still piping hot when I got home. My burger was made to perfection and had the perfect ratio of burger to toppings to bun. The fries...need I say anything else? Their fries are always amazing. I love the fact that they fresh cut their fries when you order them. They even have Buddy his own hamburger patty. He loves getting spoiled by not only me but everyone else too. It says a lot about Five Guys because they never even have me a "sour" look when I walked in with Buddy. I don't always get that feeling so I like to acknowledge it when I do. I will definitely be coming back to visit. Great...

Fast and friendly service! The employees here seem very happy to be here which is nice to see and to feel welcome when you walk through the door! They are very nice about special accommodations for food allergies and will happily make you a lettuce wrapped burger or even lettuce/burger bowl. Their food is cooked to order. They make delicious milkshakes in house as well with a variety of quality mix ins that are decadent and rich including Ghirardelli chocolate and salted caramel and coffee or cookies and cream! Their fries taste like homemade fries (you can order them extra crispy if it's your preference) they also have the option of just plain, salted or Cajun seasoned fries. The malt vinegar is delicious on their extra crispy fries with just salt. You'll love them if salt and vinegar chips are your thing! Bacon cheeseburger all in, Cajun fries and a milkshake are my go to order! My kids love their fries and fountain drinks that are updated and have many flavor options.
