Starbucks — Restaurant in Tucson

Alexa was by far the worst Starbucks employee I’ve ever met. She was holding conversation with a male who did not appear to be a customer for about 5 mins before she realized me and another guest were there. When I was approached by her she was very snappy, and when I asked for a water she tried to charge me for it , Starbucks is Notorious for their free waters and being pregnant on top of that I was appalled. I don't go to Starbucks this one is inside of Basha's at River & La Cholla. They remodeled about a year ago. It pretty nice ,it faces the front entrance .It has nice sitting area on the side of counter .It's inviting and has the offerings of all Starbuck products. Never overwhelmed with customers so easy to get in and out if your dashing to work or home. 4 stars cause I don't use their services and there are larger Starbucks with drive thru up the road on Orange Grove...

The manager only had one cashier working when i disputed a discount i didnt get when i looked at my reciept they told me i would have to wait until they caught up. They had many people in line the wait wasnt worth ever going in there again.
