Hello I am a Guest Relationship Manager for a separate company FYI- Five star to the Gentleman at the window and the food preps ,perfect service Greeted me professionally 2 part Thankyou and fallows procedures for apologizing when necessary. Negative points to the young lady at the window throwing a tantrum about my Baja blast, she looked in my window and stirred up so much conflict I did not have a Baja blast for 5 minutes of her complaining while the gentleman remained calm and explained to her she needed to make another as the car in front of me also had a large Baja blast- she really ruined the 5 star experience that this gentleman has provided and blew my Baja blast that I had not yet received because she refused to make it way out of proportion I even told her she could check my car cause she was furiously staring into my car and I was .001% ready to just tell the gentleman to take the Baja blast off of my check and maybe even a $40 refund, she needs to be watched next time this happens I will call corporate as many times as it takes because this young lady almost ruined my appetite and my mothers- and we all know I wasn’t likely the only person to encounter this, Don’t team this awesome gentleman up with her it does not suit the company well she has a negative attitude that can and will impact your business if not addressed soon :) especially with this business being in such a great location any other business owners would agree with the amount of traffic count and residents in your area you guys should protect your guest services at all costs :) one bad apple goes a long ways June 11 at 12:05 AM by the way thank you guys to the moon and back for being open so late :) and again shout out to the rest of the team! Read moreI waited 5 minutes before asking someone if there was anybody to take my order only to be ignored. I started walking out and someone called out ma'am so I turned around. She didn't acknowledge what I said when I stated how long I had waited (they were not busy) I placed my order and requested extra cheese and tomatoes. I was given a Mexican pizza with sauce, tons of tomatoes and hardly any cheese, not to mention it was cold! I took the food back and requested a refund. I was told that was extra cheese. I used to work at Taco Bell many years ago, that was not even the original amount of cheese that should have been put on it. The rang up the refund and asked if I wanted it in cash or back on my card. I said my card, then asked if she also refunded the extras I paid for. That made her mad, she slammed the register drawer shut, re-run the refund then handed it to me in cash rather than putting it back on my card like I requested when she asked the first time. The food and customer service had declined tremendously at this location in the last few months. They have lost a customer, I'd much rather go to a place who gives me what I paid for with good customer...
Read moreThe customer service was terrible! I placed a mobile order and was missing 3 bean burritos when I got home. I attempted to call the store and the phone went to an individuals voice mail. The restaurant name or anything identifying that I was contacting taco bell was not provided. I had to drive back to the store (wasting my gas), had to wait in drive thru again (wasting my time), meanwhile my food was at home getting cold! When I asked for an explication I was told, "oh, we make mistakes, sorry", I asked if there was a system in place so order items were not missed and again I was provided with a half-hearted apology and a coupon for a single free taco (with an additional purchase of food!) This entire interaction has completely put me off from returning as a customer (let alone using a conditional coupon). Maybe someone needs to review the store, a corporate or district manager.
