HIT OR MISS *First job came out fair. Installed vinyl top (which I had to pick up off the ground after they left it on my car for a week and the wind blew it off). They forgot to clean the paint off a trim piece I asked for, then offered to razor blade the paint off it without taking it back off the car (no thanks). Carpet came out okay for a kit. Not enough glue and had wrinkles. Seats came out very nice, headrests have lumps under the vinyl from the old cracked viny still in place. I guess it is okay. * Second job was a truck seat. "Perforated" vinyl is nothing but a pattern, so it will still be hot and make you sweat. I should have inspected a sample first. Job came out nice and on budget but was delayed twice. *Third job was two door panels. Took my deposit in January and told me about a month. I came back in February and was told two weeks. I came back in two weeks and was told two weeks. In MARCH I asked for an actual delivery date, Pancho wrote April 10 on the ticket. I came back on April 15 and was told two more weeks. I came back on the 30th and was told I would have in in a week. I came back yesterday April 7 (A FULL 4 MONTHS AFTER TAKING MY DEPOSIT) and picked up my UNFINISHED panels. They had done nothing. Pancho gave me my $100 back and lost my business. Bet him $100 he cannot come in on time when you drop it off. It will be the best $100 you spend if you have to. If not Double or nothing until he gets your stuff...

Really I wouldn't give them one star. I was totally disgusted w the work. Not at all what we asked for.....I mean at all. They put fabric on the plastic runner inside the door.....wow.....complete screwed up 3800 dollars in wiring.....stereo.....a.c......dash was supposed to be new......have no idea what they did.....but its the same dash....not new anything on the dash but sticky black paint. The recovered headliner is hanining 1 inch down. The carpet was supposed to be blue not black. Didn't get the seat we asked for but he recovered the old one...and he covered the armrest. The staples are visible in the window strips put in. They put foam in my sons vents.....now no air blows out of the top vents.....you can see the foam. He said 3 to 4 wks....2 months later and its a big damn mess. Had to call him all the time. Every excuse under the sun. He's a liar and has no business skills whatsoever. Aked him to write an itemized statement for parts and labor....he didn't know how. I give them no stars and will be taking the truck back. Just completely disgusted. And he still tried to get another 1800 out of us on top of the already 2000 put...

This place was highly suggested by a few different friends and a shop in town. So I took my sand rail seats over to have them reupholstered. When I dropped them off I talked to the owner we agreed on a price and a 7 work day turn around. I ended up being out of town on the pickup day so he had an extra 4 working days to finish them up. When I called to make sure they were done before making the 20mile drive he said they weren't done and wouldn't be for another 7 working days. So I decided I would just go get them and take them elsewhere. When I got there to pick them up the person at the counter was very rude but called Pancho and Pancho assured that they would be done in 2 days and he would meet me on the east side where we both live and drop them off. When that day passed with no contact from him I went the next day back to his shop to pick them up. He told me they weren't done yet so I told him to just give me them back. He brought them out and they hadn't even been touched. He didn't even say sorry or try to explain just set them next to my truck and walked away. I work in a customer service style job and this is...
