We wanted a Toad kit installed in our Ford Ranger pickup so we could tow the truck behind our Diesel-pusher Motorhome. The entire team is so knowledgeable and you could tell they took pride in their jobs. We purchased all of the components from Quality Bumper of Tucson as their pricing was excellent and they did the entire installation. We chose the BlueOx tow bar and base plates as well as the BlueOx Patriot braking system. They said to plan for about a day to a day and a half to complete the project. They finished right on time. The installation's fit and finish looks like it was a factory accessory, great job. They took the time at acceptance to make sure we understood how everything works. We hooked the Ford Ranger to our motorhome, together we checked all lights functionality and brake function. All worked seamlessly, and we drove away towing our new Ford Ranger behind our motorhome. 2nd time I've walked in early on a weekend looking does someone measure for my utility truck and give me a price for a bumper. one guy at the register was having too much fun on his phone to get up and the other guy with shuffling papers around and insisted I scheduled an appointment so he can measure my bumper. I would think that a place who specializes in this kind of service would be able to give you a ballpark range without having to schedule an appointment And waste my time but instead act like I'm wasting theirs. My husband and i have fallen in love with Mountain Biking and decided to install a hitch for a bike rack. My husband chose Quality Bumper mainly because of their reputation as i believe they've been a local business for over 30 years.

The instillation was seamless. However, a rare accidental problem happened when the hitch was being installed by the tech. Alex, the manager quickly remedied the problem and I'm incredibly grateful for professionalism and integrity of Quality Bumper.
