I bought an xbox one and the 6 month warranty. I get it home and find the controller does not work. I bring the controller back and the employee tells me they don't have any to replace it I piint out there are like half a dozen in their case. He tells me those ones are for sale and he doesn't have any marked for returns. So im out of luck basically. He did say I could bring the entire system (that works great btw)& return the entire system and then pay another $10 warranty the new system and hope for the best. That makes absolutely no sense just to replace the controller. I've already spent like hours downloading games and customizing the Xbox i just bought only to take a risk of bringing it back in and possibly getting a not as good Xbox just because the controller which is completely seperate part doesn't work. It's obvious this policy is meant to inconvenience me so much that you're not going to bother bringing in the return. Not to mention pay an additional $10 to warranty the new Xbox even though I already paid $10 on the last Xbox which worked fine? And this is to replace a controller of which they have six or seven sitting in the glass waiting to be purchased waiting to be purchased. Apparently if I had money I'd be okay to take one of those controllers home but because I already spent my money and all I have is a guarantee from the business that's not good enough to receive one of those controllers. This sort of greedy management system that preys upon people that have already spent their money is extremely short-sighted. I bought my Playstation 3, my TV, my PlayStation 4 my Blu-ray and my laptop from these guys . I shudder to think how much money I've spent at this business only to be nickel and dimed well they're going to lose potentially thousands of dollars in future sales because I will never return. Read moreMy girl went to collect her owned 40 cal smith n wesson they said there was a delay she waited and went back they refused to give it to her because she didnt have a peice of mail with her current address rude to her un copperative she got mail went back she asked to be helped by one of the other 2 employees on shift the said no she had to deal with him so she called TPD for a keep the peace she didnt feel comfortable completing the transaction involving a fire arm and this employee so she waited hours no officer showed the so called manager the rude guy Joaquin he approached her said the police wouldnt be there before closing he said I cant help you with out the proper address she told him she has 3 peices of mail for each address so then he went smoked came in and helped some one else she have been there hours now she is reporting the gun as missing or stollen and lodging a compliant for improper weapons handling of a licenced business establishment. To the NICS and the ATF she will file a civil claim for refusal of her amendment rights, so good luck usa pawn and joaquin my lady knows the laws her rights and how to win a fight she will win. Read moreToday was my first time going to USA Pawn & Jewelry, I was warmly greeted by all the employees when I entered. The gentleman who helped me, Alberto, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was referred to USA Pawn by a friend and I’m glad I went! Alberto went thru some of my Dad’s military jewelry and coins. He purchased the coin, giving me a fair price, thanking me and offered me additional information on what I had brought. I thanked him and the others and went out to my car. It was then, I realized I had other items in the trunk I had forgotten about! I grabbed those and walked back in, we all laughed at how quickly I returned with other items. Anyway, Alberto went thru my items and purchased more, again offering a fair price.
