I’m a little torn about this place. On the one hand, they were able to get me in same day, they were friendly, and spoke English fluently. My pedicure came out nice, but I have bad callouses on my heels, and those were still too embarrassing to show off in sandals even though I paid for removal. Then there was the manicure, which I thought was okay until I got home and looked closer. I got gel X and half of the nails are crooked, and the only nail that is the right length is the nail he verified length with, the rest are too long. The ombré would look nice, except the color goes halfway down my nail instead of stopping at the top 1/3 like I wanted. Lastly, what bothered me the most was when he said “there’s lotion there if you want it.” as he pointed to a bottle, instructing me to do what most technicians will include as part of a manicure service. I do hope he regretted not taking his time to make sure my nails are done right once he realized I’m a generous tipper. I would call them to speak to someone about this, but I already know it’s a waste of time because they never responded to my call or text when I tried to reach them to make an appointment. Lastly, the way they respond to negative reviews is pretty telling. For the owner: Your responses show a lack of professionalism and empathy, which is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction when you fail to deliver for that customer. It is unreasonable to expect customers to keep their experiences to themselves when they are disappointed, and to only speak when they have a positive experience. The best you can do is apologize and make it right, since they are the ones who are paying, and you might still be able to change their minds about the quality of service provided if you approach the situation...

Jonathan truly sets the standard for professionalism in his field as far as technique , he holds all his techs to the same standard as him which is perfection, he has trained his staff so well that if you use any of the techs you will have the same quality of work.
Polish is always smooth, never streaky or bumpy , edges are crisp , shape is perfect. Acrylic is set FLAWLESSLY, he doesn’t even need to file with how perfect the application is. And designs are unique and executed beautifully.

I then asked “isn’t that past closing time?” They said yes however they were going to make an exception. We came back at 5:05, they then said it’s already closing time and they could not take us. I explained to them that they had advised to come back at 5:15 and it was 5:05 The man proceeded to tell my daughter “you think we don’t have a life outside of here?” Never in my life have I been treated like this and will never go here at all.
