I had an incredible experience purchasing my Christmas tree this year! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The selection of trees was impressive, with a wide range of sizes and shapes to choose from, all fresh and fragrant.

The team went above and beyond to assist in picking the perfect tree, explaining the differences between types and helping me find one that fit my space and style. They also offered helpful tips for keeping it fresh throughout the season.

This is my 5th year buying a tree here and I'll be buying my tree here each year as long as I'm in Tucson. The trees are good quality and the customer service is excellent.

The last four years I've had no problems, despite never using tree preserver, but this year I had a tree that dried up early. My wife called Zeyn's asking for advice on what we could do to keep it green and they kindly offered to replace the tree free of charge. Upon returning the staff was kind and apologetic for the earlier tree and gave us the pick of the lot (even larger than what we originally purchased) and a bottle of tree preserver completely free. The staff here are excellent! Very personable and kind. We purchased our tree here in 2021 and had an excellent experience. Our tree lasted from Black Friday well past January 1st. Out of convenience we chose to come here first for our tree this year. So glad we did! The staff actually recognized us from the year before and once again, we had a pleasant exchange. They let the kids roast marshmallows on the fire (they provided sticks and mallows) while they cut and netted the tree we chose. They put it on the car for us and tied it down. Got a 7.5 ft tree and tree food for $75. Great deal and great people! We'll be back next year on...
