Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Tucson

The manager or owner lady is awesome! She really knows how to make everything perfect. She actually takes the time and thought into what mixtures and measurement will work best. Other DQs are just not up to par with her abilities. One of the shakes I get is a hot fudge coffee malt and almost every other DQ gets it wrong. Some try to make it with ice like a moo-latte which makes it awful even after explaining it's like a coffee shake and hot fudge malt combined. She does it right and even made it better by substituting the milk with just coffee which makes it thicker or more yummy not sure, but it works. I still get it made with milk sometimes cuz they're both great. Her coffee fudge oreo blizzard is amazing too, I think it's a mud pie...

once again i went to a business for the last time because of poor customer service. I went to dairy queen to get a twist ice cream with my husband and stepson and ended up with a vanilla cone. Why, because apparently the chocolate was running out and the server didn't care that vanilla was not what i ordered. He made the first twist for my husband and could clearly see it was 95% vanilla. He then proceeded to make my twist cone which had even less chocolate and handed it to me. I proceeded to say this is not a twist. His reply was not im sorry let me change the chocolate and make you another or would you like something else or your money back. I've been a few times but my items were not made correctly any time I went. I first ordered a mint oreo shake and this had way too much mint in the shake and barely any oreo. I didn't even finish the shake because it was so strong and over blended. The last time I went I ordered my favorite blizzard, the smores, but the blizzard was over blended; there were no full bars of the chocolate. While I was served what I ordered, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the product. I expect the employees to know how to actually make something with correct portions of toppings, but this doesn't seem to be the case. I would consider driving to other locations in the future to get...
