It was nice but very spendy. I ate at subway before I just never knew for four meals was going to be $70???? Don't you think it's a bit much of what you're charging,???? Pandemic is here, need to be reasonable an affordable want customers to keep coming back an bringing business to you. Please come up with some affordable prices that's not going to cost me ,$100 every time to feed my family we really like subway but because of the prices, this place seems to be getting greedy, it's making it harder for us to enjoy your fresh product of a sandwich that you guys make. Just because we're by the airport doesn't mean everything needs to be an arm and a leg. Seems you are pushing your customers to go elsewhere. And that in fact is what I'd do. I'm not going to pay bookoo bucks for subway. Never have I ever had to pay that much for four decent meals. Nothing was gold on the meal nor did I get a free toy or anything like that for the amount I was charged. You all are making it hard to go out and try enjoy a meal with family and friends. Don't be too greedy it's not cool I will have to boycott this place until they can come up with reasonable prices. Employees could aslo be a little more kinder and talk with customers. Instead of standing in awkward silence at time's. It would be better for business. Not everyone has money on them to pay the prices all these businesses around the Airport are charging. This is outrageous an could use some huge changes for the better....
Read moreI understand the restaurant is Indian owned and it's staffed by Indians, regardless of who works there they need to understand customers do not appreciate to repeat the same order 4-6 times and have to point at the menu for staff to understand. We ordered the Chipotle Southwest Steak Wrap. Staff pulled out Italian bread instead and we had to correct her. We told her it's not made from bread but a wrap, standing there confused she puts meat onto the bread and at that point we reiterated that it's a wrap and not a bread and even used body language to signal NO that's not what we want. At this point she seems agitated and mumbled something in her native tongue to her co-worker, goes to the back of the store and comes back again empty handed. She attempts again and finally understood.
And to the customer that was there last night, mind your business, I don't care who owns the restaurant but the workers should be competent enough to understand what sandwich we're talking about. And not to understand after we pointed to the menu is ridiculous! And you're just as ridiculous as them for standing up to people who can't comprehend what we ordered. We were patient. We were nice. We never treated the workers poorly. I shouldn't have to repeat myself 6 times and point to the menu and have them still not...
Read moreI was in there today shortly before noon and was absoulty appalled by the way that the short Latina girl (whose name I did not catch) and the way she was talking to her fellow coworker. Not only was she extremely unprofessional to her coworker but it was all in front of customers. I work in customer service and I would never ever talk to my coworkers like that in the first place but especially not in front of customers. The bullying that I saw going on was extremely disgusting and inappropriate. I am very disappointed in the fact that unfortunately this is not the first time that i have witnessed this employee be so extremely rude and aggressive.
The girl that was being picked on (I can't remember her name, but she was wearing glasses and had a patch on her eye) has always been so friendly and professional everytime I have been there. Again like I said I work in customer service and she is good at it.
I hope that the next time I come to your store which could be awhile due to the unessarrary and horrible employee treatment, there has been some sort of action taken to fix that particular employees attitude and general...
