I am a little late at posting this but have not forgot about the AMAZING customer service I received on my very FIRST visit to Woodard's Diamond Showroom in the Tullahoma Mall! I have been shopping for months and months looking for the perfect engagement ring for my Fiancé. I knew the moment I was greeted that I found the right place, not only for advice, but the answers I could trust! She has been a true blessing in my life and was much deserving of the prettiest ring my money could buy so with that being said, the staff went above and beyond to help find me the very BEST "One-Of-A-Kind" ring I was in search for! Then once I felt confident I made the right selection, the owner of the store came out not only to congratulate me, but to see if he could help save a couple extra pennies for me! WOW! I highly recommend anyone in search of jewelry, from "everyday jewelry" to that one very SPECIAL piece of jewelry to come and give this place an opportunity to win you over with OUTSTANDING attention to detail. I have been in Customer Service for over 7 years and only give credit where credit is due! This visit was flawless, the ring was flawless and I hope your visit is too!! I’m just an ole country boy that knows NOTHING about jewelry. The awesome person that helped me choose an anniversary ring for my wife was Kim and she was AMAZINGLY helpful. She showed me numerous rings and helped me choose the right one for my wife which my wife loved! My wife and I went back to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring and Kim helped us with this purchase also. She threw out ideas we could do where my wife could keep her original ring we bought 15 years ago and just upgrade the diamond. Kim’s manager (I can’t remember her name) was also very helpful and they both bent over backwards to help us find the perfect diamond. This place of business is top notch and I will continue to do business with them in the years come. If you want any type of jewelry, Kay’s in Tullahoma is the place to go. A special shout out to the owner of this place for hiring such great people to run his floor for him. He was also out on the floor talking to people and just an over very nice guy and down to earth trying to make the experience of buying a great one. I can’t say enough good things about this place coming from this ole country boy that tries to veer away from...

Was not informed that they will not return an bridal set if it was "sized"

They call it custom jewelry, now I'm stuck with a very expensive ring. That was never worn and won't take it back.

This information was not provided when ordering the ring.

You should adequately inform your customers of sketchy business "details" before purchasing.

For example: if you purchase laptop and never used it. You expect to be able to return it.

I expect a full refund or I will leave this post here for the rest of your customers to see.

I truly believe it would be an honest business practice to provide me with some sort of refund. It's a ring. It lost no value being sized.

Or you know may just voluntary hang out around the store and let your customers know about your business practices.

I think we still have rights in this country to peacefully assembly. ...

It would be a good idea to do something folks.
