When this location first opened it was wonderful! It was clean, friendly, a great set of classes at the early morning time slot, friendly employees, just lovely. About the time the BA location opened, the wheels started falling off in Tulsa. The majority of the quality group fitness instructors left, and it seemed to be a rush getting new instructors. (There is currently one high quality instructor, Regina, sheās the best of the best!) Rushing through the process resulted in low quality instructors, ones that do not help class participants with form, the motivating comments during classes changed to belittlement. Then, the class schedules started changing. The classes that were loved & packed changed to classes that werenāt as loved & the core group of participants started dwindling. The building hasnāt been kept up since opening. The tanning rooms are filthy, Iāve sent pictures & videos to the management team. I was told the floors get swept and mopped once a day. That is the lowest standard of cleanliness in a public business with hundreds of people in and out in a 24 hour period. The hydro massage beds are rarely cleaned between use. They are spritzed then barely a rag ran over the surface. There is no actual cleaning happening.
The turn over rate at this location is at breakneck speed. From the top to bottom. Between the management, personal trainers and their management, group fitness instructors and itās management you never talk to the same person twice, which creates a zero follow through on any concern and questions go unanswered.
There is one front desk employee that has stuck it out since the beginning, Tory is friendly, helpful, and very kind.
When I tried to work with a personal trainer at this location, the manager told me there isnāt one trainer on his staff that would take me on as a client because they do not agree with my team of doctors. When I showed confusion about his statement, he was rude, condescending, and gas lighted me on the topic.
Sadly itās not as high quality as it was when it first opened. There is a lot of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt have a problem with the facility itself or the staff but whatever sadistic corporate bozo that enjoys making gym employees force clients to jump through hoops to cancel month to month contracts needs to be kicked in the nuts. I worked for a gym at one point so I already knew of the 30 day cancellation policies and the resistance I may face but even the gym I worked for allowed a standard sales associate to cancel plans. Crunch makes their employees have a manager approve a training contract cancelation even when the trainer themselves is okay with their client cancelling the plan. I was on a month to month plan so I couldnāt understand why there would be a need for a manager to approve canceling since I wasn't breaking a contract. I work nights so the hours management is in house is when Iām asleep and it seemed like managementās schedule wasnāt consistent because I couldnāt ever seem to catch anyone during the hours staff said a manager would be in. I had to go up there a few times and by the 4th time I was frustrated. I had to firmly speak to an associate and I felt bad because heās just doing his job but it wasnāt until I was firm that someone was able to cancel my training plan. So just know going in that some of their corporate policies are lame BUT the members are all really chill from my experience and staff has always been friendly and encouraging. Even the staff members that helped me cancel that training plan were kind and apologetic about the situation. Iād still recommend the gym though if youāre not rolling in cash but need a 24hr gym. Definitely a nice step up from planet fitness if you enjoy free weights or want class options. It is bigger and cleaner than a lot of the other 24 hours gyms within my price range. I havenāt attended a class yet but I have a few friends who want to try them. My trainer was great. I would really enjoy working with him again if I can once my health and financial...

If zero stars was an option I would have given it. It took 8 phone calls and 3 hrs of my day to request a cancelation
I found out on 2/18/2025 I had been paying for a membership since 2023. When talking with a worker at the tulsa location they seen I had never stepped food in the gym. I wanted to cancel right away and ask for a refund for the charges that just hit my account that day ($71.60)
I was told I needed to cancel online since I do not live in the state any longer.
I completely the form and was told via email I needed to call an additional # to finish my cancelation. When I called that number they where unable to help me.
I called the tulsa location at 9am 2/21 again requesting to speak to a manager and was told she was in a meeting and would call me back. 3pm rolled around and still no call back. Manager was again unable to help me and I was given yes yet again another number to call (ABC client services) they where amazing and we conference called the tulsa location to be hung up on while waiting on hold for a manager. And then had to call back.
I was 1. Wanting to cancel my account 2.Requesting a refund of $71.60 that was just billed to me on 2/18/2025...
Bethel at crunch fitness was able to confirm my cancelation but refused to allow me to finish my questions when asking for a refund and at the end was unable to provide me one.
