ANOTHER TRY! No receipt! No Napkins! Coke is clearish. Nasty. Sandwich bread is old and crumbly. Chips are very chewy. Forgot to give me fries. 2 ketchups for a large fry. Added a taco and it was all shell and cheese. 9/2/2024. 1145 am. Get it together Del Taco. This was a disappointing 14 dollar meal. 8,295 views on this older pic. Im a fair foodie. Update!!! The number 10 outside on the drive-through has a $6.99 price but when you get to the window it is 899 and all the ladies says is oh I have to look.. The price may have changed but it would have changed my decision cause I'm trying to save a few bucks. Taco Bells getting a little crooked here Been several times usually good. The spicy grilled chicken burrito was a bean and rice tasteless waste of money. I like del taco but will never get that again. Still choking it down cause its 9 bucks. Beans are killing me. Lost 2 stars. Well I'm not gonna change the 3 stars but there was no one in the drive throughout thought that was really odd I ordered the Burger because I do like del tacos Burger and this time it was good but what I don't like is when there's no 1 behind me for them to make me pull up and while I was sitting there no 1 ever came through the drive-through waiting on this Burger they brought me taco sauce for a Burger and not catch up for the fries and they never give me a receipt lately I guess like a lot of the rest is going to go down the tube Well they just dropped the ball on everything I'm very disappointed no matter what you ask for you won't get that in your bag when it comes to condiments. You get a hamburger in fry's in you get a bunch of hot sauce not catch up they are just going downhill they're trying to go to fast cars my tacos have food all in the rapper not in the shell 12/9 cold fries. Quality has fallen and makes me sad. Taco shells are chewy, not crunchy. Still better than Bueno and bell! Came back. They still suck. Too much to say. 17.36...

I went to del taco.. I have friends that are loco for this. And I never really tried it, I tend to cook food for myself. And I try to be conservative with my food budget, so when I go out I tend to be very excited to be enjoying the experience. When I was at this joint, I felt like I was in any other modern style fastfood place where you type your order into a screen while a dude at the counter sands there and stares at you and is like hey do you need help with anything? And you say no I don't need any help thanks I'm just ordering my food. But I was able to customize the order perfectly for my palette. And my bro - NO ONIONS - he had no problems. I was able to just get down on the famous street tacos carne asada.. Now, this is where it is gonna get good because my order WAS NOT messes up. I infact ate one of my tacos and then realized I didn't want the green sauce, not that it wasn't good because it was.. I just wanted the plain , meat , cilantro, onions , and lime. So I took my taco back up and asked if the guy would make another one and he said uhh suurree. And then too my meet back to the sink and rinsed it off in the water and gave it ba-- just kidding . No, I went up to the awesome worker that was there to help people get served and asked him if I could get it made , minus the green sauce, and there were no problems . I went to sit back down and before I could even sit back down he was saying "here you go!" Now this does sound like just a regular experience. But that's just it l. It was. And for 10$ I got a great service and great food, so I got a great lunch.

Me and my brother were both sold on Del Taco, and now we are why all of our friends and everyone is always saying "oh my god You have got to try Del Taco, I like totally love Del Taco, I just LOVE Del.."

Ordered delivery via Doordash. My order included a "queso beef 'crunchtada'." The crunchtada arrived smashed underneath everything else which did a pretty good job of turning the so-called crunchtada into a "crushtada" half smooshed into the top inside of its container. Unfortunately, much to my dismay and extreme nausea, about halfway into consuming the 'crushedtada' I discovered a large piece of shredded plastic in the food. The plastic was mixed in with the other toppings and stood out by being completely unmasticatable.

Needless to say I completely lost my appetite. Once I got past the urge to vomit up what I'd already swallowed I attempted to report the problem via Doordashs' website, intending to request a full refund. However, they no longer have a refund option, or really any 'problem with the food' option of any sort. In fact, after some digging I eventually opened a chat session where, after some back and forth, some guy probably sitting in India explained there wasn't anything he could do and that someone else would follow up.

They did eventually call me back. After making sure I wasn't going to hit them with the expense of an emergency room visit, the only compensation they offered was an account credit for the cost of the crunchtada. Nothing else. Even though the entire meal was thoroughly ruined and I essentially went without dinner that evening. To say I'm disappointed with their idea of customer satisfaction would be a bit of an understatement.

All things considered, if you're thinking about buying something from Del Taco you might want to reconsider. It's not the four inch piece of shredded plastic that should worry you. It's the other random bits, including smaller easily overlooked shreds of similar plastic, that you should consider before giving these...
