So I normally leave positive reviews about my experiences and normally just move on and don't dwell on negative experiences. However this time I am going to speak up.
Yesterday I was shopping for a new Terp Pen. I was calling around to vape shops that I had googled. I called this retailer and asked if they had the Pen I was searching for, they said yes. I asked how much it was but they wouldn't tell me the price over the phone. They stated it was a store policy designed to encouraged the customers to come in and shop. I purchase stuff with cash so to me I like to be sure I am keeping enough cash on hand and the policy is a inconvenience. I went to the store and purchased the product, there was no way of testing the product there at the time before leaving as the product was not charged at the time I purchased it. The Pen ended up having a manufacture default and did not work. I tried to return it and exchange it for another one as it was less than 24 hours old, $60, and the manufacturers warranty said specifically that the retailer is supposed to replace it and then the retailer will be reimbursed by Terp Pen. STAXX completely refused to work with me to resolve the issue. In fact the employee went as far as to tell me that the Pen was working fine when clearly it will not hold a charge and is not working. So all the way around horrible customer service and treatment from two days and two employees. It wasn't a one time thing. It was also two store policy's. Buyers beware before purchasing anything from here and be prepared to called a liar to your face.

Read moreWalked in this evening, (December 23rd), with my husband and dad to purchase some things for Christmas. Upon stepping in my husband was greeted by the friendly red haired guy that always helps us and goes above and beyond with making sure we get the right sizes. The other man, tattoos on neck and hands, didn’t even acknowledge my dad and I to help us. We asked him for assistance with the Camo’s and he acted like helping us was beneath him, didn’t even say one word. My dad then asked him to look at some grinders. When he didn’t give a response and just walked over, my dad jokingly said “you don’t seem like you wanna be here tonight”…the tattooed man then decide to get rude and argumentative with him instead of providing genuine customer service. Wouldn’t show him the grinder he asked to see and instead chose a cheaper one and I finally told my dad to just “give him the grinder back and we’ll take our business elsewhere” to which he gave a snarky response with something along the lines of “didn’t know I need to be enthusiastic, guess I’ll be more enthusiastic the NEXT time.” Never once have I stepped into this shop and been treated as if they didn’t want my business or money. Considering I’ve been coming to Staxx since they opened, this interaction was disheartening. I hope in the future, his demeanor with customers changes drastically and nobody else is treated the way my dad was tonight. Every staff member I've ever dealt with goes above and beyond to educate, explain and teach you how to take better care of anything to do with your e-cig, from priming new coils (to make them last longer), to changing seals (to avoid leakin), to not tightening it too tight, best settings for your tank, etc. James is beyond knowledgeable (an expert) and always goes above and beyond to help me with anything ecig related. Staxx is the only Vape shop I go to for all my ecig needs, especially after my past experience with a good majority of Tulsa and surrounding area vape shops in my 8+ years of vaping. NOT to mention Staxx is the ONLY Vape shop in Tulsa, who EVER has the right glass that fits my tank in stock EVERY TIME I break it (which is entirely to often), great prices, excellent selection, great variety, the most helpful and experienced employees, who are always eager to help/answer questions, etc.!
