Great coffee but kinda pissed off @ their service and business ethic. I went by today, they werent busy. They took a long time to take my order. It then was taking them a very long time to make my drink so asked thw associate to cancel my order and give me a refund cause i had to get to work, and headed on my way. Low an behold i checked my accout this eveing and they refunded the oder but kept the tip I left them on the same transaction. Why should you get a tip for failing to do your job? How is that ethical? Like thats not okay and i am extremely upset with the encounter and the lack of character in the staff. I verymuch hope that managment personally adresses this with all the members of there staff because that is extremely bad business...

The last time I was there, I waited at least 5 minutes for my order to be taken while a young lady with blue colored hair sat at the secondary station with the ipad staring off into space. The time before that, which made me leave without ordering was the secondary line appeared to not be open, so 3 cars are lined up in the primary line and a car pulls up after we had been waiting in the secondary line and someone rushes out of the building and takes their order rather than coming to those of us who had been waiting for at least 10 mins. Read moreWhoever made my coffee around 9:55 pm on 7/2/2025 made one of the best ones I have ever had, comparable to a coffee I had here a couple weeks before. 5 stars for that.
However, the inconsistency in quality of drinks received here I gotta drop a star. I'm not entirely sure what causes it, but sometimes it tastes like the same batch of espresso is used more than once instead of fresh every shot (especially when requesting extra shots).
I frequent the place anyways and recommend highly, because even at worst it has still consistently beaten Starbucks for me in terms of service,...
