Target — Local services in Tulsa

So I dropped in here while in the area on business because hey I like target and I’m assuming this would be like all the rest.

I gotta say it’s a little different than the Ohio targets I go to because I see that CVS is set up in conjunction here and I don’t think I’ve seen that in my local target. Also noticed that they have a small floral area which I haven’t noticed that in my local target either.

Yeah this place is nice neat clean bright everything you would expect in the big box chain at target. Now to me that seems like a very well laid out store and pretty large but evidently it’s one of the smaller ones in there chain. In fact I spoke to the one in workers they’re looking for some products and asked about the store and they told me it was one of the smaller and older stores the 19th one ever built.

I find that surprising because the store is very clean neat and nice I would’ve never thought that it was an older store I would’ve thought it was just a couple years in the production.

Hey but with all that junk inside this place gets a double thumbs up because it is nice to meet seems like a safe environment and it’s got everything you could want to clean An organized way.

I had the pleasure of having Emily’s assistance on Christmas Eve. (I unfortunately did not get her last name, but she was the Emily who has awesome colorful hair.) I arrived to purchase a gift, which said “in stock” on the app, but unfortunately was no where to be found in the location listed on the app. I asked her if she could assist me. She immediately greeted me with kindness and a helpful spirit. She looked up the inventory and confirmed the “in stock” status. Rather than saying, “Hmm, the stock must be wrong, sorry!,” she immediately said, “I’m going to figure this out. I’ll be right back. I’m going to the stock room.” She had awareness about what stock had been unloaded and she was proactive in her measures to assist. A few minutes later she arrived with the item in the air and a smile on her face. I’m not writing this review solely because she found the item, but because of her positive attitude, helpful disposition, and strong work ethic. Thanks, Emily, for your assistance. You brightened my day and left an impression on my young daughter. As we were leaving my daughter said, “She was really nice to do that!” You are going to make a difference in this world with that helpful disposition and strong work ethic! I'm so completely ticked off and will never shop at target again. I ordered two tablets online Monday on the cyber Monday special and got an email today saying they canceled part of my order because the item became unavailable oh but by the way the 1 tablet we didn't cancel is ready for pickup in store. Yet there is still a hold on my money for both tablets. Checked the store on the website and there are 3 if those tablets available to order (though at a higher price). So, I call customer service and they tell me the hold on my money won't be released for a week but they will go ahead and order one of those available tablets at the cyber Monday price on another card for me. Are you kidding me, no thank I don't want another hold on more money. They couldn't complete my original order, Lied telling me my item wasn't available when it is and want me to make another order for the same item I originally ordered but they cancelled. No freaking thank you. Cancel the whole order, I will go to walmart where I should have ordered my items in the 1st place. If I had I would have a tablet for both of my youngest kids for Christmas and not just a hold on my money. Way to go Target, you have guaranteed...
