Slowest Starbucks in the world, but staff is usually nice. I can tell they rushed my drink this time though, despite taking forever.
Update: (just got home, now from 4 stars to 2) I got the Shaken Oatmilk Espresso that I have been craving for 2 weeks straight. I could already tell it wasn't right by looking, it seems they only put 1 shot of espresso instead of 3 and it has no flavor. I'm not sure if they even put a single pump of syrup in it either. I just wasted $7 on an unpalatable drink with a fraction of the caffeine I need today. Should have went to Dunkin next door.
I want to note, my first time getting this drink was from this location and I was like this is IT I'm getting this drink every time. Imagine if this was my first time getting the drink? Instead of my favorite drink, I would have considered it the biggest disappointment/waste of money on the menu. Consistency is the most important thing for a chain. Imagine the lost revenue and confusing marketing feedback if everyone received these majorly subpar versions of Starbucks drinks. Big big screw up for this franchise.
I know it's dramatic, but given my day and how much I was looking forward to this drink I'm on the verge of tears. I, a total shut in, even made a special trip out for this.. I don't think I'll use this location again, especially considering there's a Starbucks in Target and a Dunkin 200 feet away. Sucks too, cause I'd rather wait 30 minutes in a drive thru than spend 3 minutes walking...
Read moreNOT KID FRIENDLY. I had the absolute worse experience I've ever had as a customer today 06/18/2024, I had two very hot toddlers in the back of my car asking for a cold drink and we saw Starbucks and I decided to pull in to grab us a couple drinks since there was no one in line I figured we could be quick and easy, well as young very over heated children do my daughter got upset and started to cry as we approached the speaker, the woman immediately told me she couldn't take my order and she wouldn't take my order while my child was "screaming" I tried to calm my child down but when the lady repeated herself I just said the words "well she's a child it happens, it's life. I guess never mind" and I drove away with even more unhappy children, now I had two toddlers crying! Let me just say I understand that crying children are difficult especially over speakers but I feel like she could've used the words nicely like say "ma'am it's difficult to hear you could you please calm her down and try to order or would you like come inside so we can better assist you?" But I had two toddlers and it was just myself so I couldn't even have gone inside if I wanted to but it would've been nicer then refusing to take my order and call child loud. If she wouldn't just waited one minutes I couldn't gotten my child to calm down and we could've ordered and all been happy but she rushed me away. Absolutely will not be returning to this...
Read moreThis location is dirty. People toss Starbucks cups out their window because they don't provide a trashcan at the end of the drive thru like most places usually do. So people toss out their old Starbucks in the lot and landscape. The inside is always messy. Crumbs, names carved on table top, Chairs scattered, straw wrappers all over... just messy. I don't feel stress free sitting in there. It makes me feel up tight seeing all the mess. It's not just messy behind the counter where they make stuff it's all over the store. It seems like no one even services the customer area until they close for the day. They need to put more effort into the cleaning. From now on I only drive thru or mobile order so I can get away fast from the mess. It's stressful being in such a messy environment. It's a proven fact. also fyi I believe in change and it takes knowing what to fix to change it. I also believe in starting a change so today on my way into pick up my mobile order I picked up some of the liter on the landscape and threw it away. Hopeing the next person will do the same somewhere else and so on. However I shouldn't have to bend over and pick up a tossed out Starbucks cup when I'm coming in to pay $7 for a cup of coffee myself. That $7 cup of coffee should come with knowing I'll see a clean landscape free of liter as I...
