I really really wanted to like this place and as I write this review I am trying to remain as reasonable as I can. 100c has not been open for very long, and there is a sense of still settling into a way of providing customer service that is effective. This process is not currently very smooth at all and resulted in it taking about 40 minutes before they took our order then about an hour more to bring it out. Again, they are still working out the kinks in their process so this should hopefully improve if they stay open long enough. Now to the things that I think need to be fixed: The food is a bit too bland to seem like it was on purpose. Nothing was bad, but nothing was a amazing by any means either. I am fairly sure that the 20 dollar tomato soup was probably just good ol Campbell's tomato soup. The very thinly sliced meats stuck together and was incredibly tedious to try to peel apart in order to cook. There wasn't anyone whose role it was to assist folks who had no idea what they were supposed to do. There was a sauce bar, but we weren't made aware of it until the meal was nearly completely over. I went to look at is and nothing had a description... Thin sliced meat turns an unfortunate shade of gray when it is boiled in a broth or tomato soup...it didnt look very good, but tasted fine. Now my last issue and probably the one that will keep me from going back soon is this: I spent 70 dollars on a meal that wasn't very filling after which I left still hungry. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because I am hopeful that others have a better experience than me and that 100c is able to work out their kinks and become an enjoyable dining experience.

First time in today and certainly won’t be our last time! Came in for a long lunch and felt right at home, everything was incredible. Started with spring rolls and pork steamed buns. Spiced them both up with a trip to the spice bar which was plentiful with great options! Went with a 2-pot, spicy, sweet miso and Tom Yum Goong, we were super happy with our choices. Went with 3 meats (pork belly, fatty beef, and calamari), the mushroom platter, the veggie platter, and one side of white rice. Way to much for just the 2 of us but leftovers!!!! If we had to eliminate one it would be the pork belly. The mushroom platter was our favorite, great variety and robust portions. Our veggies heightened our soups wonderfully and appreciated the frequent offers to replenish our pots! Sipped on water, Sapporo, Tsingtao, and Apple Sake. Always love finding Tsingtao, a personal favorite! The staff was beyond attentive, everyone was so kind and helpful. We felt very cared for and looked after, it was lovely. Will go back to try more dim sum and entrees. Will also be stopping by to pick up Tom Yum Goong for carry out!

We have been to this hot pot restaurant many times and it has always been phenomenal everytime, but this past weekend was very disappointing. My boyfriend and I decided to have dinner here because we wanted to try their new all-you-can-eat option. Which was $35 per person. No big deal to us because that is usually the minimum of what we would usually spend here. However, their AYCE option has a 90 minute time limit, which is plenty of time to eat, but I just didn't like the fact that we were put on a timer at all. Our waiter was very nice and helpful as they all usually are, but it took him over 30 minutes to bring us our first portions. After what seemed like another 30 minutes or so he came back to check on us and we told him we wanted to place an order for another round of items. He disappeared for awhile and we had to get another staff member's attention to refill our waters and order more tea. He finally came back after another 15-20 minutes with the tablet for us to place our next order. Again, it took him forever to bring us our next portions. And he forgot one of our items. We chose not to say anything and just hurried to finish our meal so we could leave. Then it took him forever to bring us our check and when he did he finally brought us our final item that he initially forgot. We ended up being there way past the time limit because the service was so incredibly slow. The restaurant was not that busy, so I don't know if they were maybe just short handed that evening or what but it was pretty ridiculous. When he came back to our table the final time he finally apologized, which we...

Was really looking for a different take out option. My wonderful girlfriend was taking a look around many places for takeout but this came up and it had a sit down. I just took her word for it and came. I didn’t see the full name just the address to get here. It’s a place that actually lets you cook your own food! That brought a smile to me. (Again, should have looked at the name to understand.)

They have an all you can eat option but sadly I didn’t wanna eat too much cuz I was just starting ny day. This place for sure didn’t disappoint. I looked at many of these options and even the people cooking their food here were getting to me. We went with the orange chicken option. There’s a review here with the picture of the orange chicken we got, and I gotta say it was one of the most enjoyable combos ever. Looked exactly like the picture, I was thinking it wouldn’t fill me but boy was it great and it did the job! Unlike other places where the sauce and such is goopy or just too much, and the chicken is at par edible. This place had fresh chicken. The sauce combined along with the orange slices made it so much greater! The small bowl of rice was great too fluffy as rice should be! Will be back to get more items and hopefully bring my crew to enjoy this all you can eat option! Take my word, I’m picky when it comes to places and I’m glad I gave my girlfriend the option to choose because this place for sure blew my expectations out...
