Subway — Restaurant in Tulsa

If you can actually get in to order your sandwich here it is pretty good. I have been here multiple times where they were closed before their posted closing time. Last night it was 20 minutes until close and the doors were locked yet again. It's not a staffing issue as they had 2 workers there inside the store, yet if you knock on the door (because the door itself says they should still be open based on their posted hours) they will completely ignore you. They also don't accept any coupons or Subway sales of any type so don't get excited about the coupons you get in the mail from Subway, they won't let you use them. The staff is usually friendly, although there are a couple who have made me feel like I was putting them out by buying a sandwich. All in all this location is too hit and miss for me. After wasting time yet again driving there to find them closed during posted hours I am going to just drive to a slightly farther location and give them my business instead. I feel like an inconvenience most of the time...

Horrible place. We have been here twice with the same experience. The store is fine. The customer service is pathetic. "WHAT DO YOU WANT?! OH REALLY?! I DIDN'T GET IT WRONG! SPEAK UP THEN!" Both times we had the girl barking at us. When we wanted extra she sighed really loud like it was an inconvenience to her and started whining to someone in the back, (we paid extra). She started yelling at her co-worker who was on the line with her. He seemed scared. She seemed like a tyrant. I have NEVER been treated like that at any other place of business. I’ve never walked out of a subway but the low class individual working the sandwich line changed that today. Walked in to place an order. Lady asked if I had a pickup order. I replied no ma’am I’m going to get a wrap. She reaches in the bread box, starts making a sandwich. Had an extremely rude demeanor, never spoke nor acknowledged I was there after the initial interaction. Another lady was out stocking the drink station. This is not the face I would want serving my business. Thankfully there are many choices for food close so do this establishment a favor and take your business elsewhere...
