The one inside of target are very friendly and know me... updatedI feel unwelcome at this one. Sadly I had to take away stars. I love this particular Starbucks because the staff is friendlier than the normal chains... sighs I know how much my frapp costs, I go daily, there was a new person working and I understand my recipe can be a bit difficult, when I explained it to her she got an attitude, charged me $2 extra for ingredients in the frapp and was very disrespectful so I asked my normal barista to make it because I've never had a problem or issue I even bought coffee for the people behind me as well as literally having thousands of dollars worth of their tumblers. When I went the next day to explain the problem with the manager of that chain she was rude as hell too, pumping her chest for the target employees I guess with her fake azz, cut me off mid sentence, and said some baristas charge what they want???🤔 ummm no. Her name is Reva and until now we were fine, I never had an issue at all but I called corporate and the person in charge of that local chain called me to apologize which wasn't necessary it was Reva and that person who had no name on her tag who caused the problem. I don't dish it but damn sure won't take it, today I go in and say hi Lindsay, she's one of my fav baristas, lovely person Amanda is the other one, Reva proceeds to get belligerent and yells so "you're not speaking to me"? In an aggressive tone, Over and over so I put up my hand and dismissed her but she kept at it and it pissed me off but I kept my cool, if I hadn't changed my ways I would've snatched her over that counter because I ignored her and she kept at it with others in line waiting trying to be confrontational but I had my hubby listening and recorded the whole thing. I don't have to speak to her she knows my recipe by heart, I asked her did corporate tell you I said don't say a damn word to me? She looked dumb and I pulled out my phone to call corporate as instructed if they gave me any problems. I got the greenlight from Starbucks themselves to go to any chain because money talks and I've never, ever had a problem until now. Stay in your lane I'll stay in mine. So with that being said f**k you Reva and stfu I don't need you talking to me at all and the next time you harass me I promise you won't do it again!!! Sent this complaint to Starbucks email as well. Read moreThis was on Friday, February 16th around 1:30pm. I tried to get a coffee on my way out of the Target. I walked up to the counter, and no one said a word to me. The person behind the counter was making a drink, but most of her attention was focused on chatting with her fellow coworker on the other side of the counter. Another woman was waiting nearby and said she had been waiting for half an hour for her drinks. I waited for some time and still no one said a word to me. The other person behind the counter ignored me as well and proceeded to remove her apron and sit on the floor, leaning against the wall. She said something about "having 10 minutes left". I finally spoke up and asked if the register was closed. The person making the drinks "no, but she could not help me because she was making the drinks and she was alone". I told her that she could have at least acknowledged me and said she'd be with me in a moment. She claimed she hadn't seen me. Perhaps if she was more interested in doing her job instead of chatting up her coworker she would have noticed me and the other lady would not have had to wait more than half an hour. Read moreTwice in a row the girl at the counter is just really terrible. First visit, I asked for a "pink cake pop on the right" the girl pretended like she didn't understand, so I said it one more time "pink cake pop on the very right", she says "oh, that's actually left"...???? cmon, it's not like you guys have 10 different types of cake pop, and second, the display is facing the customer, so it's the right side from the customer perspective...why did she feel like correcting me? Even though I was very clear??? ok, maybe she is having a bad day, so it's whatever.
Then on second visit on 2/29 around 10:30 AM, I asked for a pink cake pop for my daughter, same girl at the counter pretended like she couldn't hear me AGAIN, I said it twice. Then without saying a word and looking at me straight in the eye, she rang me up. End of transaction. she didn't say anything, no "thank you", no "have a great day" or nothing, not even a single word.
Reading the other reviews, I bet it's that same girl lol.
How are you guys choosing people like this for a customer service position?? It's amazing people like this can get a job. I hate going to this target/starbucks because...
