They have a cockroach infestation. There was two dead cockroaches on the floor by the hats and socks and games. One was huge. Like really huge. and when an employee opened the drawer to get a game out he had to kill a cockroach that crawled out of the games in the drawer where the new game discs are that he has to put in the new cases. Meaning the new games that were paying for that they give you from their “guts” (the new game discs in the drawers) have cockroaches crawling all over them living in there. Disgusting. The place needs to be shut down. Just overcrowded and understaffed. There are dead roaches in most corners of the store, which makes me hesitant to stay for too long. But if you decide to make a purchase, there’s always a long wait. The cashiers have absolutely no sense of urgency, even when there’s 10+ people in line. I’ve walked out on potential purchases more than once, because I don’t have 20 minutes to stand in line, I’ll get my game or collectible on amazon instead. The staff is otherwise helpful, they do what corporate wants, they always push rewards programs and preorders, but they just don’t care about the customers’ time. I'm disabled and my little brother took me in store to purchase a playstation pro controller. They were out of stock which is fine we completely understand that it happens.
