Customer service is always great and today I decided to go there for lunch and while I was there, I was picking my mom a plate up to take her because she hasn’t been feeling good and she asked for some the day while I was getting in my car, I went to separate the food so I could drop some off to her and when I grab my plate out of the bag all my food dumped out so I went back in there to buy another plate and the lady noticed I had just left and asked me if I forgot to buy someone a plate and I told her no I drop my food and she gave me a plate for free I just thought that was nice of her. Michael was so helpful, so knowledgeable and so professional I had to go see what this place was about. I got lost on my way there I called Michael he helped me get there on the phone I sat and talked to him and told him my needs and wants and expectation of what I wanted out of good work out and I had no idea I would be hooked. I enjoy going to HotWorx... I can go on my own time, the virtual workouts are easy to follow, showing modifications to make the workouts more or less challenging.

The separate workout area is great for exercises outside the sauna with weights, benches, exercise balls, etc.

This facility is generally clean however, for a quiet workout, the best time to go is very early in the morning or late at night.

This location is usually clean and quiet (depending on the time of day) and the staff is friendly.
