We purchased our new Washer and Dryer from the Alabama Power Company Appliance Center. Our experience was amazing. If we ever need to purchase any other appliances we are definitely purchasing them from AL Power Company. The best part is they can do financing and they have next day delivery. Prices are in line with Home Depot and Lowes and we did not have to wait several days or weeks for delivery. Lashonda B is the sales consultant at the Queen City Ave location and she was awesome. No one likes to go into a place and pay money for the electric bill - however I will say that every time I go in there I am met with smiling people and they are very friendly. Most helpful when I have an issue changing electric from one place to another or any other issues. One of my tenants is oxygen dependent and could not pay her power bill on time. The power company shut her off but after I made them aware of her condition they cut the power right back on to show that they do care about indigent people. Super friendly. Even got me to get a dryer when I wasn’t planning on it. Shonda was amazing. I went back to get a stove. The people that brought the stove. When bringing out my old stove. Dropped it down the back steps. I called to see what Alabama Power would do about it. Wanted to file a damage claim. Pretty much said not their problem. It was a mistake getting anything from them.
