Let's get real. In Studentville(formally known as Tuscaloosa) this place should get 5 stars everytime. The restaurants are fine, the area not. The majority of their customers are students except when the students are on break or in summer months. You can usually get a nice parking space. Very small and tight parking space, which doesn't accommodate all the business traffic... this shopping center consists of a UPS store, Chase Bank, Pizza/Sub shop and Tanning Salon on University of Alabama grounds and across from a busy intersection and Publix supermarket! A good collection of places. Mostly restaurants but also a GNC a tanning place, and a UPS Store. The parking lot is almost always full, so finding a place to park can be a challenge. I suspect many of the spaces are taken up by UA commuter students who don't want to buy a university parking pass.
