Horrible customer service! Very slow and horrible manager named Brandon. I literally walked in to return 2 suitcases that I bought the night before and when I came in the line there was a lady that had bought a bunch of things that was returning everything so she could rebuy them all with her 15% coupon. Brandon the manager came and opened a line on cash register 3 so I went over there and he told me that I could only do refunds on cash register 1 which is a fat lie considering the fact that he is the only one who can issue a refund regardless at what register I’m at. I waited 30+ minutes at register 1 and during that time Brandon had to come and put his number in for the lady in front of me to return her things. When she finally had finished and my turn finally came the lady at the register called for Brandon to come and put his number in and he just purposefully ignored her and continued scanning peoples items. I waited for 5 minutes and he still didn’t come. Then the lady at the register got mad and told me to move my things so she can get the man, who had a buggy FULL of things, behind me. Christa needs to learn some manners and common sense. A Lady came up to her and asked if they had ammonia and she had no idea what they was talking about. She was so confused. She just told her no and an older gentleman. He had some books in a bag and a sharp metal thing and he asked if he could get another bag she said no we can’t give out bags for free. I love Ollie's. The only real issue with this particular store is my god, it's warm. In summer. I feel bad for the employees because it felt like no ac was on. They have a really big extensive book section but it is so unorganized. Especially the numerous shelves along the wall. They have a PLETHORA of adult coloring books. Most I've ever seen at any Ollie's, but it's so unorganized, I gave up after about 10 minutes. The cashiers at checkout & next day with a return were both friendly & personable. Only reason for the 4 star is the lack of air conditioning & how bad the book...
