3rd review 10/31/2024: see for friendship birthday present and gift with the beautiful pitcher base and candle making gift. The flowers are perfect and fresh, the gift very cute and the pitcher a momento for use later. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Read morePat’s Florist did a beautiful job of making a “not too pink” arrangement for my new granddaughter in a “vintage” container from my daughter’s birth. They listened & understood what I wanted, and they made it even better than I had imagined. (2022)
UPDATE (2024): Pat’s Florist did it again! With the recent birth of my second granddaughter, I returned to Pat’s for a flower arrangement in another vintage container also from when my daughter was born in ‘93. Pat’s once again exceeded expectations!! This time we “embraced the pink” … they used beautiful local grown Zinnias, roses, and such to create a gorgeous arrangement. Thank you to Pat’s Florist for treating this out-of-towner so well … you listened to my stories and ideas, and created something even better than what I could have imagined. Read moreI ordered flowers on Monday Feb. 12 to be delivered on the 14th (Valentines Day). @ 1:50 pm on the 14th, I had to call and ask why my flowers were not delivered yet. Leah said a ticket was never made (My order was paid but never produced by Pat's). She apologized and refunded my order, but you ruined Valentines Day 2024. You screwed up and did the bare minimum required by law as in refunding my order. You should have made it right but you didn't and now I have to find a new florist. Just because they do you right today doesn't mean if they mess up they wont wash their hands and just say sorry, not "hey we ruined that special occasion, here is your order and because we screwed up we refunding it". That would good customer service. I would not recommend...
