90% of the time my order is wrong. I've spoken to management multiple times of the issues that I've had with their services. I always was tip the girls who take my order, the ladies always put my order in correctly but the kitchen majority of the time get it wrong. When I say no red sauce. The kitchen put red sauce on my pizza. When I tell them my half & half order, the kitchen will make the whole pizza incorrectly. The kitchen have ruined many nights for me and I can't get that time back. Yes! when the pizza is done correctly it hits the spot, but your brand & product is only as good as your kitchen. I wasn't for A.I./ robots. I use to be for the people, but if you can't make a pizza you might as well have the robots do it. Last night was it for me when they got my order wrong, I still tipped the lady who took my order. I didn't want no discount, I didn't want to wait for them to make another pizza, I'm not dealing with management again for them to tell me their scripted line of "I assure you we will make it right and it will not happen again" I've heard it so much I say it with them, I just left and I'm never...

Yesterday we arrived a few minutes before 11AM which is opening time. The manager and two employees knew we were waiting patiently for them to unlock the door. They were looking directly at us. They waited until after normal opening time to unlock the door and turned around and walked off, no welcome, no sorry, nothing but a hurried walking away. The bartender must have been having a bad day. She’s the one who unlocked the front doors for us. I’ve been served lunch before by her and found her to be quite approachable. But not yesterday, the very day I was treating someone to lunch who had never been there before.

Taylor was wonderful. He did a very good job of serving us throughout the entire meal. He was very pleasant.

Love the artsy feel of this place. We wanted to try this out since we are in the neighborhood. It just opened this month. The design is so cool. Lots of little artsy touches. The wait people are quick and friendly. We had wings as an appetizer, and they were satisfactory. Served hot, And nice and spicy. Of course you go there for the pizza. My wife had a gluten-free white pizza. The gluten-free cost an extra two dollars, and I must say, it was a tasty crust. I had of the veg out veggie pizza. And it was on their classic thin crust. It was also tasty, with fresh vegetables. The tomatoes little green. The pizzas were tasty, our only complaint is that they were both relatively greasy. Especially the white pizza.
