I cannot possibly overstate how amazing the service and general pleasant attitudes of the ladies in the See's at Tustin are! After having a terrible week involving a concussion and dealing with that, I stumbled upon this location by chance and took it as a sign that I deserved some of See's deliciousness. As soon as I opened the door I saw Rosita engaged in conversation with her customers and Susan helping another customer decide whether to customize a box or choose one of the premades. Susan was on the floor and greeted me warmly. I browsed for a moment and was then offered one of See's famous chocolate samples by Susan. OK. The chocolates here are amazing. That's a given. What I want to bring attention to is the staff. I believe her name was Michelle. She said she was a former teacher. She was AMAZING! I always take See's chocolates back home to my family when I visit. My brother and sister-in-law were in town from Kentucky. We took them to See's. Michelle started us off with samples. She then helped my family pick out gifts to take home to their friends and kids. She helped them and us select our own chocolates to make our own boxes. She was just so incredibly friendly. It made for such a nice experience for my family as they were visiting California. My sister-in-law even said after we left, "Wow. I thought we had the hospitality down pat in the south. I felt like I was in Willy Wonka's storefront kitchen! The store is rather large and exceptionally spic and span. Everything is perfectly organized and all the displays are beautiful and immaculate. The two employees that waited on me were also of confection perfection! They were kind, helpful, patient and all smiles. There was a steady stream of customers, everyone seemed so happy. I'll definitely be going back! Oh, the free sample was lavished upon me even when I didn't ask for one. This company certainly knows how to hold its own thru the ages... Btw, I don't eat sugar and I HIGHLY recommend the dark chocolate/walnut sugar free...
