I had high hopes for ZAGG screen protectors, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased one of their so-called "premium" screen protectors, expecting it to provide the advertised level of protection. However, when my phone accidentally slipped out of my car, only about a foot, and fell, the screen protector offered no defense at all. My phone’s screen shattered underneath, leaving me with expensive repair costs and a lot of frustration.

What’s worse is that I had trusted ZAGG’s marketing claims about durability and protection. If a screen protector can’t handle a relatively minor drop, it’s not worth the investment. For the price I paid, I expected much better performance. Unfortunately, it seems like the product is more about branding than actual quality. I won’t be purchasing another ZAGG product in the future.

I would highly think twice before purchasing their so called advanced GLASS HYBRID protector. It doesn't shatter to protect your screen underneath. This product should NEVER have the word glass in the item name. There is no glass in it to protect it. If I fully knew this, never would I have purchased such an expensive so called protector. It is paper thin and will allow stuff to go through to your screen and break with really no damage to the protector.

I went in asking for help since it was their item that allowed this to happen and the manager actually insulted me with $20 off of a new screen. I was asking for help and not asking to be insulted.

NEW LOCATION ALERT! When I arrived I was happily welcomed in by Yasmin and she helped me with exactly what I needed. Been going here since the first day they arrived. The new location is a bit further from me than the original place but worth the drive. I'm so glad that ZAGG showed up to our town, and going inside to buy something was not a disappointment at all. My wife received a discount card and it had been a while since she had it but they honored it without any problems. 🤙🏽 Ben greeted my wife and I right away and asked what he could help us with. I was going in for a new adapter, and my wife needed a ring holder. Ben was able to get what I needed and made an awesome suggestion for my wife to get a ring holder that was magnetic. She wasn't sure at first, but he busted out his personal phone 📱 and showed her all the different angles you can get and had her hold it so she could get the feel for herself. He made it so easy to buy our items. He also installed it for her right then and there without hesitation or hassle. I highly recommend 👍🏽👍🏽 going here for any of your cell phone accessories going to rude places like geek squad just takes your time up, and they charge you for everything they do....

I ordered a screen protector for my S23 Ultra from AT&T. After recieving it, I installed it, however my install went less than stellar (no fault of zagg im certain). I soon found that Twin Falls has a ZAGG store, right across from walmart on Cheney Dr. I stopped in and KyLee tried to remove the bubbles, then offered a warranty replacment and I opted to have them install it for $10. Then I learned that they have tempered glass for the camera lenses.... sold (what can I say they drove a good bargain). They were professional, kind, welcoming, and somehow made it feel like i was chillin' at friends house rather than a buisness transaction. And I felt that the products were fairly priced. They do custom screen protectors to fit pretty much any device. They can even cut them for the back of your glass devices. They have you covered from cases to screens and all the periferials inbetween. It will be my local go to for all my...
