The location and accessibility is great. It is easy to find and handicap accessible. The store itself is clean. From the floor, to their furniture, to the windows and their bathroom. Cleanliness is a priority of theirs. The store is also organized, specifically by inventory, so it makes it easy to navigate.

Another priority they express is their customer service. The store manager, Phil, is exceptional in this department. He always leads me to product within my budget and with what fits my needs. As a mom of 5, certain items like a washer and dryer are very important. Phil lined me out with the perfect-for-me set. He is also fantastic about making your experience more personable, by remembering your name, whilst not hovering and pressuring like a normal sales person. Being able to browse and make financial decisions is important. No one needs the pressure of someone breathing down their back. Phil is not this person.

The other staff are always friendly as well. They always greet with a smile, and make sure I dont need help with anything, and are always quick to find the answers to my questions. Their physical appearance is always clean and sharp. They definitely help withhold a strong reputation.

They offer a large selection of furniture and appliances, and might even be able to help you get other items not in the store. As for financing, they offer options from weekly payments, to bi-weekly payments and monthly payments.

Colortyme in Twin Falls has a great selection of living room furniture and offer rental options as well as cash price. I bought a beautiful couch and loveseat at a fair price and was very happy with their service. They had it delivered and set up in my home within an hour of my purchase and their delivery guys were professional, respectful and quick. I shopped at every furniture store in Twin Falls and these guys had txactly what I wanted and the price was upfront and competitive...unlike Ashley and other stores that had highly inflated prices on sale for half off. Don't fall for these gimmicks and be sure to check Colortyme on Blue Lakes out before purchasing...

Unsatisfied with the customer service I got yesterday from the 2 men in there loan box very unprofessional seriously they didn’t know what they were talking about nor did they even know how to do the job. It’s sad to not see the Hispanic lady (Krystal) there but was told she’s only there 2 days a week I was super bummed 🙁 she was the kindest person and for sure knows how to do her job very professional lady.
