I stopped in and ordered at the counter. The time frame of being done, because there were orders ahead of me, wasn't going to work (they said about 20 min) so I finished the order and set up for my husband to pick up. When he arrived 15 minutes later, they couldn't find my order and it wasn't ready and he was told it would still be another 15. He had to be somewhere and couldn't wait so he said no problem - and told them I would be back for it. 20 minutes after that I showed up to pick it up, and they told me they didn't have an order for me. I said yes, they did because I physically went in and ordered it so it should be there (I was picking up in the drive through). He had to close the window and go check on it. I was then told that when my husband left they canceled the order. He specifically told them I would be back! The guy at the window apologized and said we were refunded for the order but they would make it for us still. Another 20 minutes! I already had to to back out of my way once and was late to where I needed to be so there was no way I could stay for it. Because of where i had to be, my kids went without dinner for another 2 hours (which is why I was grabbing pizza on the way). The 2 stars is because these guys were nice and offered to make my order at no charge, but it is also because they canceled the order without being told to do so, couldn't find our order, and gave away our order (I mean, if my husband was there 15 min after I ordered, it would have already been in the works you'd think so they had to have given it away since it wasn't there when I arrived). This has caused a huge issue of trust, and I can't say I can go back...
   Read moreI used to love this location over the one on Washington but after tonight I will need to find a new pizza place! I ordered over the phone at 5:50 and was told it would be 20-25 minutes before it was ready so I waited 20 minutes and went inside, and was told my order was just coming out of the oven, they had pizzas all the way around the counter waiting to be put in the oven, then once they started coming out of the oven that's when the madness began. The 2 boys at the end boxes things where just throwing pizzas on the shelf and had no organization of where the pizzas went, they had to continually open every box to remember which one it was. It also looked like they were putting pizzas on the shelf next to the floor unboxed because they had no where else else put them which was gross. After waiting an hour after placing my order, I asked for a refund and left. They didn't say sorry or say let me go check on it again. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning to either...
   Read moreMy son purchased a pizza during the Christmas holidays. As expected, they were incredibly busy. My son went into the lobby while my wife and I waited in the car. There was a tall red headed gentleman working behind the counter. Sorry I didn't catch his name due to being in the car. This man was an AMAZING worker. Super fast and incredibly efficient. My wife and I just sat there watching him in awe as his incredible pace never let up the entire 20 minutes. My wife said, "wow we need to hire that guy." I replied, "I know, !! I've been watching him too. But there is no way he is an employee, he must own the place. No one but the owner works that hard."
