Bought a dining room set from here , seemed like a great deal, everyone was very nice. Got the table home and saw some discoloration on the table and that another piece of the ser that was boxed up was black when all the other pieces are white. I called and was reassured they make things right. A day later I talked to John and he said he made some mistakes, felt he already underpriced the set, and refused to let me return it or make any adjustments. He took no responsibility and now Im stuck with a defective mismatched dining set that cost $2100 and apparently they lost money too. That's a lose/lose in business. We were told we could return them and to write a check to avoid paying the service charges from our credit card company. So we did and when we got home one didn’t fit the space as well as we would like. We took back the one chair 2 business days later and they refused the return and stated that the person who told us that we could return it would not be back for two weeks due to surgery and there was nothing they would do for us! WHAT!!! And they did NOT take back the return and would not listen to our plea. Very poor...
