I shop here a lot! I receive emails to USE my coupons...on Sunday June 28th I went in to purchase running shoes for my daughter. When we entered the first lady was really nice! But the lady doing the shoes was very unprofessional. Out loud in the store she yells out to the other lady (the nice lady) working that she had misplaced a women's display shoe in the youths section. So uneccessary to say this out loud and obviously trying to belittle her in front of others. Then this lady (with her high heel boots on) in a sporting goods store lol kept walking IN FRONT of us while we were trying to shop for shoes. So rude. The was a good example of a Big 5. Staff was friendly but not overbearing, the store was clean and organized, and I was able to find what I was looking for. This was my first time every visiting this location as I don't spend a lot of time in the area, but it's nice to know what's available at this particular Big 5 for future visits. We went to get a wagon, asked if they knew the weight limitations on it because it didn't say on the box. Asked the girl at the register for help in the camping she never called anybody. We waited about 15 minutes nobody came to help us. Went back to the front asked a guy if he could help us he came didn't know the answer to our question said he would someone who would know the answer and never came back.
