Verry disappointed! I went to get dinner with my daughter on Tuesday night at 6:45 when I placed my order for the k bop they informed me they had run out of this item and were cooking more so I switched to the hot bop. They said it was ready to go. Then I pulled forward and waited. There was one n car in front of me that placed there order just before me and one car that pulled in behind me. After sitting there for 10 mins someone brought a pickup order out to another vehicle that just pulled in then went back in side. Shortly after he reappeared with a tablet and asked how I was paying. After I answered his question he walked off with out saying anything else and went to the car behind me and then back inside. I sat there for another 10 mins. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture. The size of the bowl filled me up and I'm a big guy. Very good selection, I had the tangy fried chicken with the level 10 hot hot 🔥🥵 sauce and it was delicious. My wife had the fried pot stickers with the level 4 hot sauce and those are some of the best pot stickers we have had. This place is better than Panda Express and way less greasy than them. Actually there was little to no grease on these meals. You can also ask for the hot sauce on the side but the idea is to shake it in the bowl to get it all over your meal. 10/10 so far. They also have a loyalty card that they punch for every bowl ordered. 🥣

I was excited to try this for my first time. I ordered through the app 40 minutes prior to the pickup time. When I got there at 12 the order wasn't ready and the girl said they would get on it and offered me a drink while I wait. Well the soda machine wasn't working.... after a few minutes it looked like they were starting on my order and I asked if they could change the spice level and she said that wasn't my order. At 1209 I had to leave without any food and get back to work since I have a short lunch. Now I have to sit here all day hungry and wait till I get off work to eat.
