Pros: The hostess/server was very pleasant and obviously well-liked by the customers. The prices are fair and portions are large. The restaurant was clean. The fried rice was good.
Cons: With the exception of the rice, the food was uniformly terrible.
We got the egg rolls, crab rangoon, chicken ding, the general tsao's chicken, the chicken lo mein, and the spicy garlic pork. The only one I could really eat was the lo mein. There was no spice in any of these dishes (even the ones that were supposed to be spicy!), no sear on the meat, tons of thick breading on the fried stuff. Everything had so much cornstarch thickener the sauces were like gel. Even the egg rolls were dipped in batter and fried, and had a strange, gelled sweetness inside. The crab rangoons had almost no filling and tons of wrapper.

Read moreBeen one of my absolute go to places for 15+ years, went there tonight, was seated and placed a very respectable order for 2 ($100+) got our drinks and apps, then did not see hide nor hair of our server, had to ask another server for drinks and chop sticks. Waited half an hour without any communication or service. Asked a different server for a check for what we had already consumed as it had been a very long time since we had any type of contact from staff. As we were walking out they stated that a part of our order was ready. And the manager stated if we wanted to leave to let us leave. We walked to the front after that interaction and paid full price. The hostess stated that they were super slammed yet had 4 small tables of dine in guests and 3 parties of to go orders who in hind sight all...
Read morePretty good place. It isn't the best Chinese food I've ever had, but it can definitely hang with any really good Chinese restaurant. My wife and I had the family meal C (if I remember correctly), and everything was really good. The seafood soup had a strong smell, but the taste didn't match the smell. It was absolutely delicious. I've never had a gelatinous soup, and it was great. Add some chili paste to take it up a notch. General Tso chicken was full of flavor, and the Mongolian beef looks like it's going to have a strong soy sauce flavor, but it was mild, yet flavorful. The fried rice was not as oily as I'm used to, but it was great. I don't think I dislike any fried rice though. LoL. I'll definitely return. Great food, nice staff, clean and quiet environment. Would...
