I love this place! The Black Friday Sale was awesome! There was a blonde girl there with a green sweater and she has helped us so much I wanted to give her a great Review because she only started a couple of weeks ago and she knew what she was talking about and if she didn't she found the answer. She found a little salt mod in a grab bag that help me to quit smoking And I will be forever grateful for that! There were other people there and everyone there is always so nice and so helpful they explain everything and if we don't understand things they will explain them again and again until we do. They will help us find exactly what we need ! Last night at the black Friday sale there were 4 people there It was late but they were still happy to service and did an awesome job They were very busy but they still answered the phone and when we came in They still helped us to find exactly what we needed. The black Friday sale is still going on so I would suggest going there Because their customer service is awesome! They also put their products under warranties unlike C j's. I bought a mod from C j's and once you buy it you're stuck with it even though it was a manufacture defect it melted and almost started on fire in my house while I was sleeping and I only had it for a week but they didn't care wouldn't warranty it and I had barely used it. I went to these guys and they practically gave me a mod for free. Because of the experience I had at C j's. How do you ask for better customer service than that? I want to thank you all at the vape shop and I will keep on recommending you guys! They know their products And they have excellent customer service!...

I worked here for a couple years, and my experience was mostly positive. But I have a lot of inside knowledge as to how things work so I'll just say a couple things.

1. The people here are always really chill and nice. They work with a lot of products, so they might not always know everything about everything, but they're committed to finding you something you'll like.

2. The prices are really cheap on disposables, the lowest I've found in Twin Falls. The downside to this is that they have a relatively small selection and are frequently out of popular products. This issue goes above the team at the store itself, and has more to do with overhead distribution issues that still haven't been resolved.

I bought a mod a few months back and it originally was a kit but the kid took the mod off and still charged me the kit price then I needed a new tank so I went back in 3 minutes later and got the tank he charged me another 65 for the tank I basically already bought.. I went in today because I broke my mod and he made me buy the entire kit which I didn't need. I told him about my past experience and he only cared to talk to the other customer he had already helped completely ignoring me as I'm mid conversation with him. He clearly didn't care what happened before. What a joke I'll never go back there again. Also as a side note they are double what my regular vape shop charges!
