It is Friday night about 6:50pm 11/8/24 and I just got hung up on by a manager after telling him that the last 4 or 5 times we've ordered pizza from there, it's been trash. It tastes like it's been sitting out for way to long. Instead of making it right, he told me that I could just stop coming in there. I recorded this conversation because I've read other reviews where the "manager" was a complete failure when it came to fixing the problem. I asked him who was above him in the chain of command so I could reach out to them, and he said nobody was, and then he hung up on me. He claimed that there was no other manager above him. Seemed like a little boy on a power trip so I didn't call back. I will be reaching out to corporate or whomever I need to because that was the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had with any business. And my family and I used to love little Ceasars. It was quick and easy, and didn't taste bad. Recently it's gone down hill, and I'm guessing this manager that I spoke to is the reason why. He didn't seem to care about customer care or the quality of food that they're sending out. Letting this man remain in power would be a huge mistake for this company. He clearly doesn't care, and I guarantee that if this location has been losing a lot of money lately, it's because of his management skills. ...or...
Read moreThe side doors were locked. I went in and the lobby lights were off. Nobody was at the counter. I stood there for like 3 to 5 minutes. I looked around the corner and saw two people working. One lifted their head up at me, looked at me and and then looked back down at his work that he was working on and decided to keep on working. They were all wearing headphones listening to music. The girl working on pizza looked at me and then looked back down at her pizza and then the guy that looked at me the first time looked back up at me and then decided that he was going to get me some help. Then there were people that were getting off work. They walked out from the back. Looked at me in the face and then continued to walk out the door without even letting him know that there was somebody coming to help or without helping me themselves when it's common. Courtesy if you work there just to take care of me until somebody else gets to me. And then I got my pizza and it was stale. And then the cash register asked me if I wanted to do a tip. Nope. Inaccessibility to the store. Dismal and depressing atmosphere. Everyone was plugged into a earbud or noise canceling headphones so they couldn't even tell if anybody was there. Read moreNEVER AGAIN! SO, I went to the store to get some movie night food. I thought I would let a Manager know what happened with my Tuesday lunch order. I talked to one of the young men at the counter who was polite and professional. He said there s no manager available - - one was out at his car on break and the other, whom was noted as non-English speaking, was not working tonight. When the one concerned employee went to tell the Manager my complaint, I was told he would not come in to hear it. When he did come in, another employee said, "that white boy over there..." and the Manager just said, "that's how they talk". I can't believe the lack of care or consideration on top of the original incident below. I've been a customer of any given LCs for decades and NEVER seen such lack of respect or service from this organization. If rather wait until my rate to to Boise for my Crazy Bread.
