Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Twin Falls

I was there 20 minutes before my shift because I felt like it might take a little longer for them to make the drink so I was there early just to be careful despite that it took them around 5 minutes to take my order because the workers at the window were talking to a friend. That's okay as long as my drink is made fast that's okay, I only want one thing after all. They took my order and I sit down a another 5 minutes pass that's okay as long as it's done soon I can still get to work 2 more minutes pass and the workers go back to talking to their friend. I wanna check if my drink is being made and another couple minute pass until one of the workers notices I'm there and she gives me a look and I realized that they haven't even started😭 I work at fast food I know it's a struggle to food and drinks out fast but know the customers matter too. Eventually I get my drink a couple minutes later and I have about 3 more minutes to get to work, it took 17 minutes for one drink. I don't usually complain I don't like doing it because I work at a similar job but it's so shocking how bad of a customer...

Me and my friend came to Dutch Bros on blue Lakes To get a drink on my way out of town. Usually their lines are quick and once they take an order they go onto the next person in line. Tonight however one gal was talking to a car ahead of us for 12 minutes and wouldn’t take anyone else’s order. Within that 12 minutes eight cars pulled up behind us waiting to get their order taken as well. Once we were second in line to the window the girl in the window started talking to the car in front of us again. After giving them their drinks she proceeded to speak with them for another 15 minutes. Holding up the line. We asked one of the guys who brought us our drinks to ask her to keep the line moving so we could leave the drive-through. As we were blocked in and couldn’t get out. Really mad that I come here EVERYDAY and most days 2x a day and now all of the sudden I can't get my drink only on certain days in the morning because some employees choose to clean the machine right when I come... and I come the same time every morning. Pretty disappointed in the blue lakes dutch bros... not a good way to treat a customer that is a regular! I mean you open at 5 why cant you have that stuff done so you aren't losing money and business!!! It's only the one employee that does this she says their other machine is down so the only have the one yet it doesn't even look like either of them have been touched or in the process of being cleaned. Not to mention if there are other employees working doesn't have to be any specific day I have no trouble...
