UPDATE - 05.19.2023 - Today we took a brand new Ohio State Shirt to Twila's for resale. The shirt still had the tags on it. They inspected the whole shirt and said there was a yellow spot on the collar. Upon further inspection, under a bring light, we could not find anything. This store only want stuff that doesn't sell so that they can use it as a tax write off. STAY FAR AWAY.......

They said they couldn't record them when I was there( I was the only customer) they would email my list of items and values. Received list that evening with only 9 items listed. Called and told them there was a missing item. They said that item went to charity. Mind you I was there on a Monday afternoon, Tuesday they are closed. Wednesday, "we gave that item to charity!!!"    Read moreshady operation at Twilas, beware! I had a curio on consignment and when it went off of consignment i was told i could pick it up or leave it for them to do whatever. I called and said i had someone picking it up. I was going on vacation. The person picking it up called to say he could not make it that day his parents house caught on fire.
