Kendra Scott — Local services in Tyler

I have had horrible experiences with this Kendra Scott store, so this is not a reflection of all Kendra Scott’s, just the one in Tyler.

My daughter had a ring that tarnished very quickly. I took it up to exchange it because I was told they have a life time guarantee. The first time I was told they didn’t have her size in stock and they had to do an exact exchange. They said they would call at the next shipment. Not one call. Went back in a few months later, same story, still no call. Went again around the holidays, they literally told me they were too busy to deal with exchanges I would need to come back after the first of the year. Went back again, still no ring. I asked for a size up because they did have her size in stock. They said there was no way to do that because it had to be an exact exchange. I again asked them to call me when they got a shipment. Guess what. No call. I went to the Frisco store she was super sweet, checked her stock and said unfortunately all I have is one size up, would that work? I said absolutely. Thank You so much! In and out in 10-15 minutes. Went back today because some earrings I bought would not clasp, therefore I couldn’t wear them. I went in, explained what was wrong. She took them and walked to the register to show the other girl. Then came back and said we don’t have these at the store anymore, only online. The best we can do for you is offer you 15% off another purchase. Are you kidding me! These aren’t old earrings and I paid full price. There’s no way I’m buying more junk to replace them and certainly not from this store. I will however go back to the sweet girl at the Frisco store.

Bottom line, I will shop else where. If I want Kendra Scott, it will not be from the...

I would like to take a second to give gratitude where it’s due. Backstory: The items that I purchased for my wife’s birthday online arrived today. It was left at my doorstep by UPS. When I arrived home, the box was on the ground, but completely demolished. It was ripped open on one side with the strings of one of the bags hanging out. Upon opening the box I noticed that everything was crammed inside And the necklace that I purchased was missing.

I attempted to call customer service however the call kept getting dropped possibly because they were closed already.

I quickly called the Tyler store and spoke to Jamaal. I explained everything that happened and explain to him the sense of urgency because I needed this for her birthday tomorrow. Without hesitation Jamaal Asked if I would be able to get to the store before 8 PM which I was, and to come see them.

When I arrived, they already had a replacement necklace, waiting on me and even packaged it back up and a very nice gift box. I will say the level of care and concern that was given to me was by far the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever received from any establishment. My wife has definitely always been a long-standing customer with Kendra Scott and will continue to be a lifelong customer.

Shout out to Jamaal for everything....

I have always enjoyed coming into the Kendra Scott store located in Tyler TX and I usually have a wonderful experience shopping there. The service has typically been great which made it a pleasant experience to shop there. However, I went into the store recently (During my birth month just to browse to see if I could find a piece I liked to use my discount)and I was dissatisfied with the customer service it was Dec. 14, 2023)Their employees seemed aloof and not very attentive to the customers. When I asked one of the workers for some assistance she was short and seemed irritated to be bothered with me. I noticed other customers seemed to be unhappy as well. The employees were just talking amongst themselves and we were not being attentive to the customers. I eventually, left after looking around for a little bit because the atmosphere was unpleasant. I love shopping at Kendra Scott. Maybe, it was just an off day for the shop because of the busy holiday season, but it was severely disappointing and underwhelming shopping there this...
