Blake Furniture — Local services in Tyler

The location is "spot-on." I see them on my way home from UT. Their prices are nice. The people are stellar and understanding.

First, I didn't like the first chair I got from them. It sat well in the demo room. When I got it home, it became uncomfortable. I told them about it and they were willing to work with me. They did so today; swapped chairs with me. I am so happy now.

There is value in Blake's Furniture. I will refer my friends and family to come here. I wish had started school earlier. I would have shopped here first. For about $200 less than this other place in Gladewater, they even took the old chair away.

This chair is comfortable now. It feels great. No other pillows are needed to supplement this chair and I feel very satisfied about my purchase.

I went to different furniture stores before I actually bought anything. Something kept taking me back to Blake Furniture. Barbara and the rest of the staff are outstanding. The customer service that I received here surpassed all of the other furniture stores we visited. I can’t remember the guys’ name that loaded my furniture but he was so polite and helpful. Will definitely be shopping here for the rest of my furniture. Also, I read a review about Barbara rushing them, I walked in at 530pm on a weekday and didn’t leave until after 6pm, I never felt rushed while I was there. I bought a bed, nightstand, and living room corner table. I brought the corner table home when I bought it but had the bed delivered. After it was set up, I noticed marks on it. He said they were there when I bought it. It wasn't on sale nor clearance, it was full price and the marks were not there when I bought it.
