Buyer beware!!! We purchased 175 boxes of tile to go into a house we were building. Our salesman that greeted us encouraged us to purchase 10% more than we needed to ensure we had enough when install time came. I had to travel to 3 stores to get the 175 boxes we needed. Our salesman that I will refer to as T, stated we could return the unused portion for a refund. I stated it would be after their return policy and he stated not to worry with that as we had spent several thousand dollars on tile, doors and trim. I went in today to ensure we could return the tile and spoke with T. T kinda laughed at me and stated he could not accept a return that was beyond their return policy. Laughing again he said, “I can’t do anything with that tile”. He said they don’t sell it anymore however they still have a display with it being the same price as when I purchased it. Extremely disappointed with their failure to do what they said they would, even after encouraging me to purchase more than what we came in to buy. It’s a shame I now have to tell everyone to beware of this...

I have had the worst experience here. I purchased a set of cabinets and I received them and took them home. When I got home I was given half of the correct color and other half was the wrong color. I went to the store to explain the situation and they said they would fix it. They said give them 2 weeks they would have the right ones. So this time when I went to pick up cabinets it seemed like everything was good. Well installer was gonna put them together and said we were missing a cabinet. I go back to the store and they say they would fix it but that for some reason it seems I didn’t bring a cabinet back. I do not have another cabinet in my possession. I went into Home Outlet just looking at prices for windows. Allie was very helpful and she knew I was undecided about what to do. She gave me her card and was told if I needed help to ask for her. Well a couple of weeks later I went in looking for her but didn't see her so I was just standing by the windows. She came up asking if I needed help and the rest is history. She took her time with me and was so helpful never once treated me like the dumb bunny I am when it comes to that kind of stuff. She was so easy to talk to and so very helpful I felt like she was helping her friend out not just another customer. Allie you are most awesome and will definitely ask you to help me in my next home projects....
