Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tyler

Love this location it’s close to my house but recently the orders have been taking forever to make longer than usual and the staff aren’t as friendly as previous staff used to be. On top of that it’s a rainy day long line wrapped around building 2 cars decide to come to the extra lane and the worker comes out in the rain to get their order taken first in front of 12 cars wrapped around that waiting patiently. There are always cones up blocking to second lane. I go here daily and the second lane has never been used except on a rainy day where the workers come out to let 2 entitled people skip the line to get their orders first. Then was told it was company policy to skip us when we have been in line 10 mins to take the entitled peoples order in the rain who skipped a line of 12 cars. The second lane should be for mobile pick ups. Multiple cars complained about this in front of me too Ridiculous. My review was 5 stars until...

I want to start off by saying Dutch bros is my favorite coffee place to go too and I have no problem with them ever taking my money. This morning, bless the two sweet workers who were there at 8am, an altercation broke out due to a customer thinking a car was cutting them in line and the car was not. As many know there are two drive through lanes that merge into one and it was that cars turn to merge in. The guy working there this morning, I’m a sorry I did not get your name, but you handled it very well and thank you for looking out for your co-worker who had to go out and get orders as let her know to just come back inside if the guy got aggressive. I sadly didn't get the girls name that works here but a line started forming so she started coming out taking people's order through a tablet. I got a free large birthday drink and felt the need to try something new. I wanted coffee but something with citrus so I chose orange flavoring in a cold brew and figured caramel drizzle and soft foam on top would pair nicely for a more salty taste. She came out and we shared a laugh over my wild order and even said if I didn't like it they'd make me something else. Super kind and generous! Though thought I should let the people know that it's good! My fiancé who doesn't like coffee as much even said so (so I'm not crazy 😂) the orange notes are hidden but there leaving a citrus note that pairs nicely with the bitter caramelized coffee.
