Royal Donuts — Restaurant in Tyler

The last few times I went to the shop I've been very disappointed. I love lemon filled donuts and when I found out they had them I was excited. The first time I ordered one they put it inside a chocolate covered donut. 🤮 the second time they have me the y gave me Bavarian cream which I hate. The third time I tried them they gave me again a chocolate covered one and literally put in the smallest amount of filling. When I say small I mean if you took the size of a Hershey kiss that was the amount. The second half of it had no cream at all. They are always busy so I thought the quality would be good, but apparently they just have a good location because otherwise I see no reason for them to be busy with...

Very rude lady working. Walk in with my man. I start ordering she stops me looks at him and ignores eveeything I say or ask for. Even after one point me sarcastically asking my man in front of her if I have permission to order hoping she would listen finally. She don’t. Proceeds to go thru him when I again tell her what I want after ordering for 4 other people she tells me I already have one like I don’t know what I’m ordering. The breakfast burritos also...

They're rude as heck here. I thought it was a one time thing, maybe just having a bad day, but all 3 times I've been here the women behind the counter are just plain rude. Giving attitude. Rushing you like there's a bunch of people in line and no one else is in the building. Their donuts are nothing special mediocre at best, and pretty sure half the ones I got in my dozen were a day old. Not going here again. There are much better tastier friendlier...
