Now nothing toward the staff that works there they were actually great, but my problem lies in the diamond ring I purchased, I have had 5/6 small diamonds fall out and now the 1k diamond just fell out tonight after telling them I felt the prong sticking up more then the others, well low and behold it fell out and thank God I found it on my bedroom floor. Excuse me a 5K ring shouldn’t be this poor of quality. I will find a jeweler who can do better work. It’s sad also my mom is 80 and has been buying from Helzberg for 50+ years and won’t even stand by some of their products that she bought yrs ago.

Update Trey has been in contact with me over my ring, I went I today and have picked out a whole new ring, he has made me feel appreciated and validated over my issues. I was advised by a reputable jewelry to write this review so that shops like Helzberg do not get away with this. I came in with my boyfriend to look at a ring. I explained our budget which was around $3500, then a salesman pressured us into putting an engagement ring on my credit, because it was better than my boyfriend’s. So ultimately under the pressure I folded and instead of staying with my budget I was pressured to look at a $7,000 ring. Well, stupidly it was purchased. The engagement is now off, and Helzberg 15 days after the time frame would not take it back, even though the ring hasn’t been worn. So now I the woman (that was weak) is now stuck with a 7,000 payment. I went and spoke with them about the pressure they put on customers to make a sale, did they really care or try to fix it. NO! Please don’t use big chain stores like this, they just want to make a sale and the markup on jewelry...

My fiance and I decided it was time to look for a ring and we stopped at several shops before going into Helzberg Diamonds, the other shops didn't listen to us when we described the ring I was wanting. Helzberg did, the ladies who helped us abd didn't push for a bigger sale and listened to what we really wanted and showed us several styles that matched the description I gave, I wanted to emulate my grandmom's first engagement ring. Helzberg did an excellent job of helping us do that. My fiance is a wonderful man and he waited to pop the question after he asked my parents permission to marry me.
