I came in good faith due to the advertisement that the tire shop can lower my vehicle mount my wheels with new tires, replace suspension parts and I could finance it all. I knew what I needed but allowed the shop to advise me. Everyone had a matter of fact tone but didn’t quite know what they were advising nor really listened to me as the customer. I explained plainly I wanted to lower my car, buy tires and mount to wheels that I own and replace suspension parts and finance it all. I told them I’d need spacers for my new wheels but the owner told his rep I wouldn’t on my setup. Which was strange, but hey they are the pros right? The tires came in and were mounted on my rims. I bought my own lowering springs. So the experience resulted in broken c-pillars in my interior from the springs install. My bushings weren’t installed because they just didn’t do it nor explained to me why and the financing was finalized so I couldn’t do it over. Had to haul my wheels away after the install tech with a matter of fact tone explained to me I need spacers after I clearly told them I would and earlier was advised against it. Then told me if I do get spacers my studs will snap showing they have no clue what they are talking about. Oh yeah the tires had a $250+ up charge compared to competitors. I have my wheels on my car no thanks to them. I had to finish my needs somewhere else. Listen to your customer...
Read moreI don't know if they are under new management but they are shady af.
had bought from them in the past no issues, but my most recent visit will be my last. found a nail in my tire that i had purchased from them almost a year ago, no biggie can patch it, well upon inspection they told me it wasn't patchable and that i would need to buy a new tire, i asked them if they had any in stock, they said no. so I went out myself and found a tire (same day) came back and asked if they would install the tire and told me they couldn't install it because i didn't buy the tire from them. they tried to argue with me and finally the manager came out and said they can install it but i need to pay for the installation, which makes sense, charged me $50 to install ONE tire which i think is crazy but whatever. this was around 3:30-4 and they told me that they would start working on it right away. around 5 they called saying they are gonna start working on it but they need to know where the adaptor is for the lug nuts i told them 3 places to look, they called again around 5:30 saying they can't find it, so i go there and i find my car in the same spot i left it, and also i found the adaptor right away in one of the places i told them to look, which means they didn't even try to look and to top it all off they didn't even call me to tell me my car was done, awful way to treat...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would. Approximately 4 months ago I brought my dually in to get a complete rotation and balance. I left and the truck shook, it’s my extra truck and I work out of town so I put barely any miles on it and said I would bring it back in when I get a chance. I send my girlfriend last week to get tires rebalanced. She leaves and we get in the interstate the following day and it’s shaking so bad I can’t get above 65. By that time I’m already in Longview and we had a place to be at so I had no time to turn Around and go to Tyler, so I call the manager and he tells me to go to Longview location. I drive all the way over there and they inform me they can’t do it. So I had to go down the road to their competitor. Long story short, I won’t ever go to another place other than royal tire in white oak. They fixed the issue, every tire was off balance, and the wheels were put on incorrectly. I called Texas tire in Tyler and told them what happened , and all he could tell me was “we put them back on the way they came off”. Well if it was wrong why did you fix it? Anyways the manager refused to do anything about it and ultimately ended up hanging up on me. Will never step foot in this...
