Had an awful experience at the Shreveport store. Drove 2 hours to Tyler to go to this At Home. Had to get a price check on a rug bc it was marked wrong. The manager, with the tattoos covering his arms (not sure if that helps identify him?), spoke very condescendingly towards us, then told me that a 55x78 rug is not a 5x7 rug. Allowed customers to get involved and speak down to us. I did the math and showed them it is a 4.8ft by 6.8ft rug, they scoffed and then asked if we changed our mind about the rug.
Made sure I knew he was completely right after bragging that he is indeed the manager.
Obviously I've changed my mind, you spoke over me, told me I'm wrong, and then told me to have a great day and youd see me next time.
Well, At Home, after spending $4,000 in the last two weeks at your stores, this is the last you will see of anyone in my family, or friends.
Shop Amazon, they have their items properly priced and even when you call them, they don't speak to you condescendingly.

Read moreGreat selection, very unique products. I sold my house and most of the furnishings to move "IN" closer to and in Tyler. Furnished my apartment with different, not to be found anywhere in Tyler art, end tables, chairs odds, and ends.
At Home does not advertise, but they should advertise the Tyler location on local TV as there is NOT an At Home location in nearby Longview. This would insure the Tyler location, being in the smallest market in Texas to continue in Tyler for many years to come.
Advertise please, I want you to continue many more years in Tyler, thanks for the 3 plus years in Tyler.
Employees are always helpful. Have not had any problem with pricing. I have returned items that did not look or fit well where I thought they would, never an issue.
But yes, they could use more employees, but probably trying to maintain the Tyler with fewer employees than most of their stores this large. But those stores have greater NUMBER or amount in sales.

Read moreThis place has the worst customer service of any store even Walmart! We returned a faulty mirror and picked up $200. worth of merchandise and a new mirror. Two ladies who said they were managers, Christian and Beth, refused to give us new wire ($2. item) to replace the one we used on the faulty mirror. We left the $200. of merchandise because we were so mad and asked for the district managers number only to be told to go on line! If I valued my job and couldn't do anything about giving a customer $2. in wire that they were out of I would've paid for the wire out of my pocket to please my customer! None of the employees there seem to care about the customers or offer any help. I asked for help out when I bought the mirror and no one came! This last incident was strike three for this store!
